With excellent amenities like AC, WiFi, Linens/Bedding, Beach Towels, Hairdryer and Efficiency Kitchenette where guests can unwind in this enchanting space. Includes 1 Queen Memory Foam Bed and 1 Full Sofa Bed. For your convenience, coin operated laundry is available on the premises. The cozy atmosphere and pleasant surroundings make it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Fort Walton Beach and our condo has to offer. Restaurants, bars, water activities and shopping are within walking distance. Only a 10 minute car ride to Okaloosa Island Beach to enjoy the white sandy beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of America! Destin Harborwalk Village is within 7 miles! MUST be 25+ to book. Parking pass MUST be returned to the condo upon checking out. The Condo Association is now requiring that a $25 fee be charged if the pass is not left and needs to be replaced.

Such a great spot with an amazing pool right outside your ground level door ( never crowded).Host was supet cool. Docks are super nice.

A great dog friendly place to stay in the area. Although the beaches do not allow dogs, there is a park within walking distance that has a beach area for dogs.

The hostess had us well informed on all the local places, the room is perfect for 2, the location was top notch . What a wonderful way to celebrate a honeymoon and family time together it was a wonderful experience.

Close and convenient to everything, yet located away from the traffic and congestion. Very clean and relaxed pool area, just steps from unit. The shower was strong, with steady flow of hot water. Good value!

The unit is located in a nice setting on a bay with a marina in view.Beach access is different than we expected, but multiple, beautiful public beaches are only a short drive away.Shower water pressure is wonderful , if like me, that’s a thing you value.

Nice Clean, cozy condo! Great view of pool and bay outside patio. We loved the oceanic decor and convenient ground floor access. Host was prompt and helpful. Close to everything for a good time in Ft Walton!

This condo was very nice and clean. Close to everything, beaches, restaurants, dog park. It was pet friendly. The grounds and pool were well kept. Love that it was on the ground floor, the bay and pool literally just a few steps from the patio. Definitely would stay here again when in the area. And definitely recommend this studio condo to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

Our stay at this Sand In My Toes condo was absolutely wonderful! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The view of the bay and marina were nice to walk each day. The location made it so easy to enjoy the pool, beach (just a 6 min drive), great restaurants, and local attractions. We especially loved how comfortable and welcoming the pet friendly space felt—it truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Walton Beach!

Very clean place. Very quiet even during spring break. The only thing I think would be nice is an actual screen and a second lock on the door. It is hard to tell if it is locked or not.

Beautiful condo 50 feet from the pool. I might add 1 of the most beautiful pools you'll ever get to use and it's right on the rive which was a plus very convenientt. O, everything definitely would like to stay there again.

Great stay

This was a great place for a girls weekend with my daughter and granddaughter! Other than the traffic which is normal this time of year, I believe, there’s easy access to Destin. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Quiet and quaint

Lovely little studio for a place to retreat. Everything was very clean decorated nicely and have everything you needed for a short stay.
