Very clean and comfortable. Host was easy to contact and was very responsive. Very roomy condo. And loved the fact that beach was right behind us and we could just walk to it. I will definitely be going back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable and the host was very friendly and available at any given moment if needed.The bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in my many travels.It is just a very short walk to the public beach access where it was not very crowded most of the time during our stay.We were able to catch the most amazing sunrise and sunset!The location is very convenient because it is has a well stocked store right next to it.Would absolutely stay here again if back in Fort Walton Beach.

Overall, my wife and I really like this location. This particular unit is also a very nice unit. We’ve stayed in a couple other units in the same property so we knew what to expect. The owner was very communicative and friendly. We would definitely consider staying at this unit again. The only thing different about the pictures we saw on the website versus what we saw in person was that the kitchen layout has changed a bit. It showed a Peninsula counter with a raised bar counter with barstools. What was there was a couple of free standing tables and a center kitchen table. It all still worked well. The front entrance key code was on the opposite side of the building from where the beach side was. There was a back door on the beach side but the code lock was on the front door only. So, coming back from the beach made you have to go to the other side to get back in. I’d recommend adding the same code lock on the back door too.All in all, it was a great stay and we will definitely look into renting from this owner again. Make sure to eat breakfast at Asiago’s near the entrance onto Okaloosa island. Everything we ate there was great!

Literally the cutest little condo! You'll have everythng you need to make your stay perfect. In 30 steps you're looking at the Gulf and 20 more steps you're on it. You will enjoy the most gorgeous sunsets, beautiful white crystal sands and the breathtaking emerald waters. Just perfect!

This is our 3rd stay at this great location, easy walk to beach, good parking, 1st floor access, Tom Thomb convenience store next door. Nice unit plenty of space. Did not like the 4" thick mattress foam pad on top of mattress, we should have removed it. Was a mix up on communication before arrival.

This location was so nice and clean. It had all of the amenities we needed and was so close to the beach that we could walk there in just a few minutes. It was the perfect place to stay!
