Included in your stay, between March and October there are chair and umbrella set-ups on the beach. They also offer kayak and paddle board rentals for $20/hr.

This one is as "on the beach" as our other ones. The view is the same, but from a little higher up which makes a difference. Also, it has a little extra quiet privacy.

Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. Beautifully furnished in light and bright pastels, flat screen TV's, and king memory foam matress, etc. The sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.

Watch the dolphins in the morning, and the sunset in the evening from the private balcony. There is a grill for cookouts, and we have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.

Villas Capri is located between the Surf Dweller Condominiums and the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort on Okaloosa Island, off of Santa Rosa Boulevard at: 556 Coral Court, Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Everything was as described! Great location, perfect size for our family. Very close to restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. We never drove more than 5 mins for dinner, ice cream etc! Huge plus after spending all day on the beach! We will back! :)

The condo is so cute!! Perfect access to the beach, 2 complimentary chairs and umbrella… we had four in our group.. also had plenty of room to invite family over for a crab boil. Can’t wait to go back!!

Great visit for our first time to Okaloosa Island. Didn’t read through the kitchen description before arriving. There isn’t an oven, just a small toaster oven so that changed our meal preps. The mattress felt like a million people had already laid in it so that was uncomfortable however the room was nice and had no issues. Everything was clean and worked properly. Beach service every day without issues was awesome. Beach is very clean and the view is great. Parking became an issue as we had to park on the street a few times with so many visitors at once. Not the condo owners fault just a tad inconvenient at times. Overall a good experience and will be back to Villas Capri.

The condo was really nice, very clean and the host and house keeping were very helpful. The Price is really good for a beach front condo. My only complaint is that I couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work but we weren’t in the room much anyway and the umbrella they supply for you is really old and doesn’t hold up well on the beach if there some wind , but nothing that was too bothersome. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one is definitely “don’t judge a book by it cover” the outside is older but the inside is perfect. It was very clean and the cleaning service (Mr Jerry) was awesome. Great price for a holiday and roomWas very spacious. Beach front and room comes with two chairs and umbrella on the beach. All kitchen needs are also included.

The unit was small, but perfect for two people. Beautiful view right off of your balcony, short walk to the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Condo was perfect for me, my husband and our dog. Condo was well-stocked with everything we needed. View from balcony was perfect. Bedding was clean and comfortable - my old back really appreciated this! We will stay here again.

This pet friendly, one bedroom condo was perfect for us. So close to the beach & the balcony view is the best! It’s not shiny new but is decorated cute & beachy! We loved it!

This condo was exactly as described, and I honestly don’t think I can do it justice with a review. We were beyond happy with our stay from start to finish. The beach truly feels like your backyard, and the easy beach access made everything so convenient. Right behind the condo is a small sandy area where kids can play, which was a huge bonus for our family.The complimentary beach chair service was excellent. Just keep in mind they don’t set the chairs out until after 8:00 a.m. if you’re an early beachgoer.This was the first beach rental where I never had to contact the owner because everything simply worked. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the TV instructions were easy to follow, and the condo was well stocked. The pull-out couch was perfect for our kids, and extra bedding, pillows, and blankets were thoughtfully provided.The view is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and seeing the ocean every morning was worth the trip alone. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you don’t have to travel far unless you want to head into Destin. Just be prepared for traffic if you do.This is the perfect place for a small family getaway. We were so impressed with every aspect of our stay that my husband and I were already talking about our next trip before we even checked out. We can’t wait to book with Candy again!

The view

The property was clean, and had a wonderful view of the ocean. It was close to fun things to do and great places to eat. We will definitely book again!
