Home was all as anticipated. Very clean and convenient to direct pool access across the street. Had minor issue with grill but Tech was there in 10 minutes to get things back on track for family grill night!

It was nice, but the pull out couch was dirty when we pulled it out - the floors didn’t look like they have been mopped before we got there.

It was great. It sits between Panama City and Destin. The rental house agency was great to work with. The house was very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t love was the amount of room in the kitchen and living room. We had 12 and there wasn’t space for all of us to ever be all together. Otherwise it was great.

Great Home and Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is conveniently located across from a swimming pool, gravel parking lot and Baytowne Wharf. The are great views of the golf course from the covered patio. The home was clean, in great condition and had the right space & floor plan for our crew. The golf cart that comes with the home was new and we had no issues getting around. Thanks for letting us stay and we hope to be back soon.
