Warm Florida sunshine and a dazzling view ... beautiful Marco Island at its best. This spacious two bedroom beachfront condo is all about luxury and convenience. The unit has been newly remodeled . 2 full bathrooms. Watch the dolphins go by .Both the master bedroom and the living area have access to the 22 foot balcony with the million dollar panoramic view of the ocean. All beach photos are taken from the balcony

We’ve been coming to Marco for years and this was our favorite place! Absolutely stunning view and easy access to the beach. Accessible to restaurants and fun activities. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and great communication. We will be back!

Great place! Great location!

First time to Marco and definitely coming back! Loved Marco and Sea Winds. Very nice facility, pool and boardwalk to the beach. Well maintained! Very friendly staff and guests.

Property had a perfect vantage point of the beach and Golf of Mexico. Amazing daily sunset views on the extra large oversized balcony as well as morning views of the sunrise over the city. We love Marco Island and come back every year!

Love the Sea Winds

We've stayed at the Sea Winds in various units dozens of times and it's an inexpensive and great beachfront property. This unit was very nice and we had a great time staying there. There seemed to be some moisture issues in the unit.

This was our second rental in this buildingExterior is very dated as well as the lobby however, location is excellent. This particular unit was overall clean however was in need of some kitchen space renovation as well as living room. Space renovation.The toilet was running very frequently for the first two days however, this was adjusted very quickly by the owner. Overall communication with the owner was excellent and I would consider staying again. In the past, I have received keys in the mail prior to renting in this building however, this owner does a little bit different check in process which can be a little bit more challenging.

I had called up the renter and they really enjoyed their stay. Also as I I wanted to find out what could use more cleaning, as my cleaners usually do a really good job. They had mentioned it was the utility closet, where all the extra beach chairs, beach umbrellas, floats, and children toys are stored. There is only a certain level of organization that can be done within that closet, as people use those things as needed when they come in and out from the beach.

AWESOME STAY AT SEAWINDS

We have been coming to Marco Island for 15 years! We love it as a family! This unit made our trip even more wonderful! It has everything you need, it's roomy, kitchen and the bathrooms are amazing. The owner is a pleasure to work with. The view from the 15th floor takes your breath away. We will be back! Thank you for an Awesome trip!!!!

Mother Daughters Christmas in July Vacation 2023

Had a amazing time great view … and many dolphin viewings from the balcony. Amazing sunsets !! Unit could use some new items . Main thing replace your cleaning service !! I would recommend this unit and will be going back . Thank u

Thanks for the review, really glad you enjoyed your stay. The cleaners usually do a good job. but I will bring this up with them to ensure nothing slips by in the future.

Lovely Unit

Our stay in 1502 was great. Got to meet Nick who was so nice and obviously proud of the property. Being on the 15th floor is awesome and the furniture on the lanai was very nice. Oh! And the bathrooms were top notch! Fancy showers and shower heads. A little spa feel. Overall, it’s a nice place with a ton of heart. ❤️
