This house was a great place to have a family vacation. It was clean, spacious and met all our needs for 13 people to sleep and spend time socializing. The master suite was phenomenal:private, spacious, on the main floor and even had its own washer/dryer. This house is not within walking distance of the beach, but since several of our group wanted to play golf most days, it worked for us!

Fun trip with the family

A bit difficult and disruptive to have the roof leak twice, but Host and Home was responsive!

This house is awesome! It fit our needs perfectly! Getting into the house was a bit tricky. We weren’t aware you have to go through the side door. But after that, it was a great week! I feel I should mention that there was one problem - after a hard rain, water came in but I’m certain that was taken care of after we left. We loved there were some beach chairs & toys we could use. Before arriving we were leary that there were no loungers around the pool but there actually wasn’t room for them & we were fine. We also loved that it was pet friendly. Our little Doxie loved it! I would certainly recommend this house!

Beautiful home, but needs some easy fixes

Home is spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of towels for inside home and for the pool/beach. Could use an extra set for the kitchen. A larger cheese grater would also be nice. Community has a free trolley that will take you to the beach and a few other stops, which is nice so you don't have to worry about parking.Downsides (these can easily be corrected):Keyless entry code given was wrong & had to reach out 2 different times to get correct code.Wifi sign-in was incorrect; had to call to getPool heater did not workPictures of golf course in backyard view is not currently accurate and probably won't be for several months. Will message with more detail
