The "Reunion House" will show you Sea Pines is more than just pine trees! You will want to reserve annually once you stay the first time. 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 story home w/ EXPANSIVE marsh views, a ping pong table & entire upstairs w renovated w/ 2 new bathrooms added! TV's in every bedroom. 6 Minutes to the beach. You can see the Salty Dog Marina from our deck & enjoy an open feeling rare in Sea Pines. Sleeps 14.

The house interior & exterior has been newly painted. New Stained Concrete floors downstairs, New Luxury vinyl plank floors, refaced cabinets & quartz countertops, New Bedding, beds & loads of amenities.

We've come to Sea Pines for years...this home feels like Sea Pines...very comfortable but also offers expansive views of the marsh, beautiful birds to watch & sunsets over the water make this home SO much more than many of the "pine tree" views most Sea Pines home offer.

THE 5 - 7 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH IS WONDERFUL...SO NICE TO BE SO CLOSE TO THE OCEAN! Space to spread out, to relax & enjoy ALL Sea Pines has to offer!

We had the best time staying at the Reunion House with friends over new years! The house is very spacious, clean, and updated, and the location is wonderful. The marsh views can’t be beat. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Great last minute stay!

We had to pivot last minute due to hurricane Milton and had a great stay in Hilton head. Location was fabulous and house was perfect for three families. Tim was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in sea pines community!

Great location and feeling!

Two families with lots of little kids stayed at the property. The main floor is wide open with great views and spacious rooms. The Kitchen has everything you need. The kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. When we arrived there were a few issues and Tim was responsive and tried his best to help resolve. A really bad storm came through Thursday when we arrived and it was hard to fix certain of the issues while we were there.

Serenity on the marsh

You cannot find a better home close to the beach, on the marsh, with a pool, and able to absorb the entire family. Great house. Great location. Great host. We will definitely be back.

Family Reunion

We had a lovely stay at the Reunion House and really enjoyed the amenities of the house as well as the Sea Pines area. The pool and ping pong table were a huge hit, and the walk to the beach was easy and enjoyable. We would stay again

Wonderful Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at the reunion house! The house is exactly as pictured in the listing with plenty of room for everyone. We love the location and it is an easy walk to the beach with beautiful views of the marsh out back. We would stay here again - thank you!

Great House and Location!

We had a great stay. Tim was very responsive and accommodating. House was very spacious with a great game area downstairs, living area and porch overlooking the beautiful marsh views. Heated pool was also a great amenity to relax in after a long day. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon!

Excellent weekend getaway

The house was beautiful with some new renovations. Close enough for a short walk to the Salty Dog Cafe and even shorter to the beach. Host was very communicative and helpful for all of our needs. 10/10 would recommend

Amazing Spring Break Getaway

This stay was a FANTASTIC experience. The location couldn't have been better and accessibility to everything via bikes and walking paths was phenomenal. This house had everything that we could have possibly wanted - spacious accomodations, TVs, table tennis, heated pool and a very inviting "home" feel. Tim was an incredibly wonderful communicator and responsive at all times. 5 Star+ experience.

Great Experience

Couldn't ask for a better location. Easy walk to beach - pool at the house was great. Tim was great to work with - whole family enjoyed the trip and the access to great restaurants including the Salty Dog made for a great time.

Overall good

Upon arrival, noticed mold on ceiling and black mold out of vents. Kitchen dirty(there was still coffee and k cup in). Blinds and closets all broken. Tim was extremely responsive and provided gift of $50, but the mold is just not kept. Pictures obviously don’t show dirt. Pool nice, listed amenities were all there and deck with view nice. There was a major crack in a deck beam too. Trash was not collected the Wednesday as listed, so maggots by Saturday. We love HHI, Tim cares but doesn’t seem to fix the major issues. As business owners, this could be very harmful to future customers.

Great accomadations

Great location, beautiful marsh view, nice pool, rec room with ping pong and football table made for some evening competitions, two large living areas. Couldn’t ask for much more!

Beautiful Marsh Location

Let me first say THE MARSH IS AMAZING!!! The property sits with back facing the marsh so there is always something of nature to watch. The pool was safe and convenient for young ones. The pool is fenced with a safety lock and this is apparently unusual in Sea Pines as we observed many pools in the area were unfenced. We opted to heat the pool due to cool temps and it was wonderful. We appreciated the layout of the home. There is a comfy king bed on the lower level which we liked for privacy. The home would be perfect for 3 families as each would have their own area. Kitchen and dining area were ample for all and also face the beautiful marsh view. The home has some supplies like baby fences ( to block open stairway ) and wagon to haul supplies to beach. Walk to beach is a short and easy walk. Adults found it perfect, some of the parents felt it was long to haul very young littles. Kitchen had plenty of supplies to prepare meals. We loved that there is an additional refrigerator and also beverage fridge on the lower level. This helped tremendously. We were able to walk (17 mins) and ride bikes to Salty Dog area for a meal, shopping, ice cream. Sea Pines bike rentals also are perfect! We all agreed the home worked but is in need of a deep thorough cleaning and reorganization of supplies. Some items unusable ( outdoor cushioned chairs, basement bath situation, some kitchen items). Great spot & communication with Tim was great!

Awesome stay with friends

This house was perfect for our group of 10 adults in our late 20s/early 30s. We were easily able to park four cars. Wonderful pool and quick 6min walk to the beach. Having the beach chairs and wagons to use made our beach trips so easy. The kitchen was very nice and all common areas had enough seating for all. Would stay again!

Wonderful getaway house

This house was perfect for a few families to stay in! It was a fully stocked home, which is rare. Each family had separate areas of the house, making bedtime with little ones a much easier process. Love the neighborhood and convenient location between Salty Dog Marina and Harbortown! Having a pool at the house was also great for those windy days when we couldn't make it to the beach. Highly recommend the reunion house for your next trip. Tim was a great host and very helpful!

Family Reunion/80th Birthday Party
