Come stay in a peaceful neighborhood private garden-level apartment 6 minutes outside of Salida with the best mountain surrounding views by day or soak in the stars by night.
This is a quiet zone so it would be a perfect getaway to relax and recharge in the mountains.
We are 30 minutes from Monarch Ski Resort, 5 minutes from hiking trails, and a close drive to town and restaurants.
It does not have a full kitchen, it has a fridge, microwave, small convection oven, tea & coffee maker, and a single burner.

Sister weekend in Salida/BV!!! Second stay in this beautiful, quiet home away from home. Emma is a fabulous host and very welcoming. This location is perfect to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer with all the comforts of home. We will be back!

It was such a pleasure hosting Eileen and her sister! From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to communicate with and very respectful of the space. They left the apartment spotless, which I always appreciate, and treated everything with care as if it were their own. It’s always a great feeling to host someone so thoughtful and considerate. I’d be more than happy to have them stay again anytime—highly recommended to any future hosts!

It's was very easy to find and ideal location for just getting away from the city. Was very friendly and prompt with messages and communication. Would definitely recommend it to others for a get away from very day life.

This property was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The accommodations are small, but very nice. Very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable, With two people it was great. If you’re wanting to be a gourmet cook while on vacation this property probably does not have a kitchen to accommodate that. It does have the basic essentials . The host did provide a bbq grill that was very useful.If we are ever in the Salida area again? We’d definitely stay at this property!Highly recommended!This property is in a beautiful rural setting. Not in downtown Salida.

Scenic view of surrounding mountains. Very lovely downstairs apartment. Very clean. Owner lives on premises and is very personable and helpful. We asked if it was possible to change our days if the apartment wasn't booked and she made that switch happen with no issues. If you don't need a full kitchen I would highly recommend!

Such a lovely, peaceful weekend! The views were beautiful! The apartment was like a home away from home in a very quiet neighborhood. Location is perfection in all directions. Coffee in the morning on the upper deck was the BEST!!! It was difficult to leave.
