An endless list of outdoor activities are within arm’s reach of this property! In the winter, you will be within 20 miles of Monarch Mountain for prime skiing and snowboarding. During the summer and winter, explore a variety of hiking, running and mountain biking trails, accessible within three blocks.

Summer months offer adventurous opportunities. For a fun afternoon, grab a cold one at a local brewery and catch some live music at Riverside Park. THE ONLY BATHROOM
This full en-suite bathroom is located in the second bedroom and is shared with the guests staying in the master. We get it; this is potentially an awkward location for the only bathroom. Our guests comment that the house is Comfortable, Cozy, and Clean. We feel these far outweigh the Character of the bathroom location.
