We utilize scheduled pest control services with all our of properties, but we are unable to guarantee that any bugs or pests will not be seen during your stay. Please let us know if you encounter any ants, scorpions, spiders, cockroaches, mice, or snakes so we can arrange for additional services.



Harvest Haus is subject to City of Fredericksburg STR Ordinance Compliance, guests at any Short-Term-Rental in the City of Fredericksburg must comply with the following:

• Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10 PM to 7 AM)

• The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor

lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned

off when no one is present to use the light.

• Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.

• Place all trash in designated containers. The trash containers are located outside the gate in the driveway



Host Rules:

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance.

- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:

1st Offense will result in a $500 fine.

2nd Offense will result in a $1000 fine.

If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $1500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
