I’m sorry the stay fell short, especially with the A/C and the communication around getting it checked. The concerns about the game room Wi-Fi and missing bathroom items are also noted. The property does offer the above-ground pool and shared amenities as shown in the listing, but the issues you experienced should have been handled more promptly.
