I brought my son for his 13th birthday. We enjoyed the beach. The room was stocked with beach chairs and boogie boards, which we were very grateful for. Unfortunately it was hurricane Lala so many of our plans were cancelled. It was nice to have air conditioning and full kitchen. We were easy walking distance to Little Fish Coffee and Cabana Grill. Which is also where I discovered the pool and water slide featured in the photos. You do have to cross a main road to get there.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was perfectly located in Poipu and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Poipu. The condo is really spacious and everything seemed newly renovated. It’s walkable to the beach and so many restaurants. The athletic club is a really great amenity and also seems like very new facilities. We had a late flight leaving Kauai so we were able to hang at the athletic club and take showers at the end of the day before getting on a redeye. Highly recommend this spot!

Listing should include what amenities are there. Needs a pizza pan and cutter. Pull out couch is not that comfortable. Otherwise nice updated unit with AC.

We had such a lovely stay! Unit is as pictured and very clean! Exceeded our expectations. Convenient location in Kōloa, within walking distance to Poipu Beach, where we saw sea turtles everyday. Highly recommend and we would stay again. Special thanks to Ashley and the Coldwell Banker team for outstanding service and communication throughout the booking process and throughout our stay. Don’t miss out!!

This was a great condo, the bed was so comfortable, the condo was clean and close to the beach. Beach access area was great to watch sunset and they provided beach chairs and umbrella and body board at our condo. The gym membership you get with the condo when you are there is wonderful and worth checking out. Highly recommend this condo. The staff communicated quickly and everyone was so friendly!we will be back

Important to know. The bed is very, very, very soft. They added a 6” foam (and not the nice foam) to the top of the mattress. I’m assuming the mattress is old and that’s why they did this?? It was so uncomfortable and dipped so far down in the middle I was unable to sleep and ended up on the couch each night. Not ideal when you want to relax and recover on vacation. Other than that, the unit is nice. Clean. It is the last building along the road so you can hear the cars. Tip: don’t leave the shutters open at night as the bugs come in and swarm you while you sleep.

Unit was nice and clean. Air conditioning was nice as well as a fan to help direct air. In unit laundry would have been nice but was not a big deal. Very quiet corner unit was awesome with a nice comfortable king bed. Nice balcony. We didn't really use kitchen but it was fully equipped. The cooler, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were a definite plus. Easy short walk to Poipu and Brennecke Beach. Close to a variety of restaurants and shops in Koala.

Overall no complaints, the unit itself was accurately presented and well appointed. Walking distance to many things. Loved having variety of fans for bedroom. Only thing to be aware of is there is a unit above you, so half our stay had very heavy footed people above us, but not much you can do about that. Same thing happens at other hotels etc. so par for the course.
