Amazing location, great view

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay. The location is amazing. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed and then some. The beach chairs and umbrella were super handy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The view was amazing and it’s very close to the beach so we could walk if we wanted to.

Mahalo for your review, Betty. Unfortunately the cable TV provider on Kauaʻi is Spectrum, and they have specific instructions for using their service. We include the TV instructions with the driving directions we send our guests. We'll look into improving the kitchen lighting, although please note there are currently four fixtures.

Fabulous rental for an extended vacation

Overall, this property was classy and clean. We would definitely return as the sunrises, sunsets and rainbows were out of this world!

A fantastic condo! We had the best time staying here, the condo was so lovely and clean and the host went above and beyond with supplying all things you could need, and more, for a comfortable stay! Only thing we couldn’t find was an iron. The sunset from the lani is really amazing, and a short walk to a great beach and the best hot dogs - Puka Dogs! Couldn’t recommend this place more - we would love to come back!

House is in the perfect spot in the South. The manager was by far the best host we have had booking many homes previously. He gave great recommendations and made our trip special. The house itself doesn’t benefit well from the easterly trade winds so it gets hot. It’s a beautiful house with a full kitchen which for the price point is awesome. The sunset on the balcony made it so worth it, you can see me Poip’u beach from the balcony.

The condo was well-appointed and very clean. We arrived in the dark while it was raining heavily and windy. So, it was impossible to read the numbers on the parking spots from inside our car. Adding to that, the parking spots are not in numerical order. Perhaps your welcome instructions should just say "assigned parking spot is sixth on the right side."Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay.

What a great condo! Perfect setup for a couple—quiet, relaxing, and a nice break from the usual crowded, noisy spots (yes, even the pool stayed peaceful).The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware, and the space had a comfortable, lived-in feel while still being very clean and modern. We really appreciated the extras like the beach chairs and umbrella—those small touches go a long way.When we arrived, the fan over the toilet was hanging from an exposed wire, but property management responded within an hour and had maintenance out that Saturday to fix it. Super responsive and easy to work with.The sunsets from the patio were beautiful, and having dedicated parking was a big plus. Great location—easy walk to the beach.One small suggestion: a compact AC unit in the bedroom would help. Even with fans and the breeze, it got a bit humid at night.Overall, a fantastic stay. We’d absolutely come back.

Most homes on Kauaʻi aren't air conditioned. It does get humid here in the tropics, but the temperature during your stay was mild and averaged 79°F during the day. I didn't think I needed to read any fine print to see that there was no A/C a dcthe house would be cooled with a number of fans throughout the house. That would be my only compliant. Wonderful ocean views

Large contemporary, very beautifully furnished apartment. Photos don't do it justice. Location keeps you well out of the Poipu beach scene at night but close enough to walk there if you want. Lovely ocean views. Host included chairs, cooler, etc. for the beach. Only headache is a quirky microwave and tv situation. Management responded quickly but we could only operate tv one night, microwave needs multiple opening and closing routines. we would stay there again. quiet. well equipped kitchen. Good bed. can easily sleep 4 there using the sofa bed.

View from unit is not the same as shown in description. Our view was the pool and parking lot. Description did not mention building is on busy street. While the condo is nicely appointed and updated there is No airflow due to window coverings. Fan in bedroom was loud as a barn fan. Mounted fans in other rooms pointed down and did not provide air circulation
