Great place with tons of amenities especially for those visiting the MTB trails & parks. Property owners/hosts communicated well and quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely looking forward to staying here again and this property will be the first one we check availability on.

Simply put a super clean place with a property owner as willing to share all sorts of information about the mountain bike trails system. The upper deck for coffee in the morning is amazing. Trail access is super easy from the property.

Graduation trip

We had a wonderful time staying at this VRBO, it was so nice and clean. It was also very peaceful, beautiful location.Thank you for making our trip so special, we were celebrating our daughter’s graduation from University of Arkansas.

Clean as described home. Extremely well stocked for our stay and the garage setup was top notch for our family biking trip. We had a total of 5 bikes and tons of gear and we had no issue organizing it all neatly. Plenty of room for bike storage and easy to use. Location was great with easy access to blowing springs. Look forward to staying again!

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay

This house in Bella Vista is a great get away. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house itself is set up to welcome guests, many extras: snack, drinks, outdoor spaces, and comfortable furniture inside. Beds are top quality for a restful sleep. We love our stay and will teturn.

Amazing property

We stayed in Bella Vista for a baseball tournament but wanted to have a little vacation with it, too. This property had everything you needed and it was immaculate! It rained a lot while we were there so we were in the house more than we thought but the property made our stay very enjoyable! We felt like we were in the woods but very close to everything needed as well! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will rent from here the next time we are in northwest Arkansas!

great spot for family or riding group. Had all the things needed and great garage space. Easy access to trails, just don't forget the ride back uphill :) Look forward to getting back to this spot

Fantastic place for a break! We enjoyed using the guest passes to go use the recreational opportunities in Bella Vista. So close to great coffee and wonderful restaurants too.

The house was great, it had everything we needed for our week long stay. The location was perfect, it was a short ride to the Back 40 trails and the greenway to get to the Slaughter Pen trails. We rarely had to use our car. If we did, it was a short drive for groceries or to a restaurant. It also had puzzles and games to pass the time after riding all day. We would definitely stay here again for our next mountain bike trip to Bentonville.
