Beautiful property, loved our stay. If you are looking for quiet and peaceful this is not it, but if you are looking for convenient, view of the lake, and lots to do it was amazing! It was perfect for what we wanted.

This is the second time we stayed on this property. Check-in was seamless, rooms were spotless and the location was perfect. We will stay here again.

The unit was clean, roomy, the furniture comfortable. Location is excellent. Very near lift bridge, able to watch the ships cruise in and out. Just a quick walk over the bridge to Canal Park for food and drink. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect place to stay in canal park

Loved everything about this property, it’s even nicer than the photos. Location was amazing and it had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend in Duluth

Perfect location for staying at with two teens. Very clean, lots of space and close to Canal Park area.

Long Weekend

Our family enjoyed this clean, modern, and relaxing layout with quick access to the public beach and Canal Park district.The boys caught Walleye on Lake Superior with a local fishing guide and experienced whitewater rafting just 25 minutes south.The Canal Park area offers many Restaurants and Shops within walking distance of this sleek apartment by the Aerial Lift Bridge.

The house was very clean very new. We had five people and the one that was on the couch just slept on the couch. Did not use the bed as the couch is a nice size. We were only there for one night very fast to turn around. Did not get a chance to check and see if there were any games for fun activities to do in case it was raining. But I will definitely return. It was a beautiful place and need to be so close to the lift bridge

Beautiful new condo

The condo was gorgeous, even still had that new construction smell in the stairwell :) Only stayed with a coworker so we each had a bedroom and a bathroom, no complaints on anything. We were there at the beginning of the shipping season so we had two bridge horns the first night and one the second night. I believe the latest was a little after midnight. I'm sure it's busier in the summer so be prepared for the sound overnight and the traffic stall during the day. The beach is literally across the street though and all of the fun of Canal Park is right across the bridge. It's a lovely location! Love to go back when it's actually warm :)

Being so close to the lake means experiencing the unique sound of the iconic bridge horns as ships pass through. Great location to Bridge and Canal park shops and to Park Point Beach.This lovely stay,blended the best Duluth area has to offer.The condo was very clean and kitchen was organized very well.It was a joy to sit in Living room and see the Ariel Bridge so closely. Lake Avenue traffic was noisy at times, but it was very subdued inside the condo.We enjoyed sitting on deck and when it was raining we simply looked out the large windows and watched the waves roll in.I highly recommend this location.

Absolutely beautiful property in the perfect location. Could not have asked for better. I stayed here for two nights while stopping through Duluth, and this place really 'made' this part of the trip. I had everything I needed within walking distance, as there are plenty of great restaurants just across the lift bridge. You can watch the ships come in from the living room or balcony, and the sunrise out over the lake in the mornings is just perfect. The property itself is incredibly nice, clean, and quiet. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
