Mar Vista is a beachfront home in the quiet Morgantown community. This 6-bedroom/4.5 bathroom coastal retreat will comfortably sleep up to 18 guests. Overlooking the Gulf of America Mar Vista is sure to be a family favorite featuring panoramic views from the expansive decks.

Experience coastal living in this gulf-front home nestled on the pristine shores of the Gulf of America, Boasting six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, two community pools and tennis courts.

Inside Mar Vista the kitchen is spacious with custom cabinetry, new stainless appliances, granite countertops, and an eat in bar. Entertain in style in an open floor plan and step out onto the deck to enjoy al fresco dining with breathtaking Gulf views as your backdrop. Relax and unwind in one of the six bedrooms sleeping eighteen people. The home features two king suites, upper and lower balconies offering panoramic views of the Gulf.

This house was perfect for our large group! You couldn't ask for a better location. The house itself is better than pictured. Susie was great from before, during, and after our trip. The house was well stocked! Not like most houses, but down to every detail. We've stayed in so many places and this house by far exceeded all expectations! Thank you for sharing it with us.

Perfect location. Right on beach. Very nice home, we had 6 couples and all had their own room. Biggest deck I've ever been on off the back over looking the Gulf. Plus a deck on the second story. Plenty of parking. 4 cars can park under cover. Plus, the rest of the driveway cand fit a lot more cars.Not one single complaint. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owner was so nice to us.

Wonderful stay!! Even better Host!!

Our stay was above and beyond wonderful!!! Our entire family had a great time! Susie and Phil were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us to have a great stay! We have stayed at some great VRBO places but this one for sure tops them all!!We will for sure be back!!!

Mar Vista was absolutely perfect! First, Susie is so kind, accommodating, quick with communication, and the best host overall. If almost for no other reason, that made booking this place worth it.The location is amazing. It's so great to have your own private slice of the beach. And we loved that we could allow our 3 year old to play down in the sand right by the house, and watch from the huge deck. Such a great spot to watch the ocean and enjoy the breeze.The house is incredible. We had 6 adults and 3 kids, and that left a whole bedroom free.The house was stocked with so many things. Way more than we expected. Sand toys, canopies, beach towels, tons of delicious coffee things, and plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies.She also provided dog crates and dog bowls and treats.Oh also, a cabinet full of games, puzzles, and cards.So much space to just hang out and not feel crammed together.If we ever return to Gulf Shores we will 100% stay here again.We were all so sad to leave!Thank you for such a great place to make our beach memories. :)

Beautiful property and very clean upon checkin. Stocked with all the amenities one will need for a stay at the beach (towels, coffee, pots and pans, spices, bathroom amenities, cleaners, deck chairs, grill blackstone, and many more). The host is excellent- the best we’ve had and we use Arbnb and VRBO a lot! We will definitely be back here!

Communication with host was excellent before, during, and after the stay. The property is beautiful inside and out, with a gorgeous view! The amenities exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do MarVista justice!

Everything was perfect for our family of 14. Plenty of room to be together or to find a quiet spot to just soak up the gorgeous views available plenty. House was spotless, kitchen well stocked, we all agreed BEST VACATION EVER!!! Susie is great to work with, very attentive to details. Teenagers loved the well stocked coffee/expresso bar. Hope to go back next year.

Pine Creek Mafia in Fort Morgan

Susie,We had a fantastic stay at Mar Vista. The house was clean and comfortable, from the bedding, to the kitchen and appliances. The coffee bar was an unexpected bonus for the entire family. There was nothing missing from our stay and everyone enjoyed the week. Every meal was consumed at the house until we did a group outing the last night to Lambert's Cafe to get some "thrown rolls." You made everything easy. 5 stars from the Pine Creek Mafia. We will be back!!

Best equipped house we have stayed in thus far, nice kitchen ware and not cheap junk as we have had. Off the steps into the sand was so easy going to and from beach, we loved it a lot, would rent again!

This property was exactly as described. It is a beautiful, clean home right on the beach. There was plenty of room for our three families with 4 people each. Everything in the home worked properly. The home's location is in Fort Morgan which is about a 20 minute drive from the nearest stores. There is a Dollar General located about 7 min away. We ordered delivery from Walmart and that worked perfectly. The hosts provided plenty of beach toys and beach towels. We loved the seclusion and had our own private beachfront the entire time. We would return to this home again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was especially kid-friendly, which made traveling with our family so much easier. Our kids had an amazing time, and we made so many special memories together during our stay. The location was great, and we truly felt at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a fun and stress-free getaway!

Morgantown is a quite community with beautiful homes, community tennis courts, two community pools. You never have to fight for a place on the beach, it will fill like you are on your own private beach. Fort Morgan is truly a hidden treasure.

The long private driveway, beautiful beaches, ample private parking, The openness of the home and the ability to have your entire family in one place but yet still have privacy. I love that you can view/listen to the sound of ocean from almost every room in the home. You can bring your pets and they can also enjoy going to the beach.
