Closest unit to the slopes and Gondola. Oversized 1 Bedroom with queen bed, bunk bed and queen memory foam sofa bed. Sleeps 6 people. Full kitchen stocked with all the equipment to cook a great dinner. Ski down to the condo and take a break for lunch then hit the slopes for the afternoon. Hot tubs and fitness room just down the hall. First floor condo so no elevators to deal with. Ski locker to store your skis or snow boards. Starbucks and restaurants right next door. Heated underground parking. Take the free shuttle right from this building to downtown Winter Park for dinner at one of the great restaurants.

Father daughter ski trip

Great place, perfect location. Host was very friendly and helpful in answering questions. My daughter and I had a great time skiing and sightseeing. Would love to come back someday.

Great location, perfect trip!

Our family of 4 stayed for four nights for a ski trip in March. The unit is spacious, clean, and well stocked with all the necessities. I chose this unit originally for its convenience to the slopes, but I had no idea that jt was literally STEPS from the gondola!! You rare right in the village, and so close to skiing, skischool, shops, and restaurants! thvillage

Great family space to stay

Our second time staying here and we loved it again! Clean and very well kept. Great place to stay for mountain biking, easy to get to the lift by just walking out the sliding glass door and you’re basically there. Kids loved the bunk beds too!

Great ski in/out location

This property is perfect for a family of 4. Very spacious and clean. It is a 3 min walk from the condo to the Gondola at Winter Park. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to WP — great location and value.

We loved this condo. Plenty of space for 4 with all the amenities. Close walk to the lift and village. Nicely updated. Very quiet!

Better than expected

Our first time to winter park and happy to say our stay here was perfect! This property was bigger, cleaner, and nicer than the photos really depict. The kids loved the bunk beds and fireplace. Also, if we ever go back we will for sure stay here again—the location to the lift can’t be beat, especially with kids and ski gear. Great stay!

Perfect ski-in/out

Our kids had ski camp over Thanksgiving and this was perfect for us. The kids could walk right out the door and within 5min meet their team on the hill. Had everything we needed to make lunches/dinner and enjoy time in the village. We’ll be back.

great place would stay again

to net it out this was a nice condo and I would rent it again. it well stocked and in good condition. I picked it because it had the bunk bed in the bedroom which was nicer than your kid on a sofa pull out. The main bed was comfortable. FYI The unit is in an odd location in the building (basement in the corner) but has a walk out back door if you want. I guess the positive may be only walking one flight of stairs and never using the elevator. I am just nitpicking here but the owner should really update the TV's (so cheap these days) and add a dresser in the bedroom or shelves in the closet. The Wifi stinks and the parking is a nasty little extra fee but neither of these has to do with the owner as they are controlled by the building management. I have never been to Winterpark before so was fixated on Zeypher since its so close to the gondola but after being there I don't think the walk to Fraiser would be a problem. With Covid was great to be so close to eat lunch in the condo as food options very limited in the village and no indoor food anywhere up the mountain,

Great place! This is our 3rd time staying at this location and we love it every time! Love the convenience of the location and closeness to the lift for my husband’s mountain biking and taking the kids to do activities. Always look forward to staying here!

Convenient and well stocked

Had a great spring ski. Ability to sleep four of us in one bedroom and have a separate living space was a huge advantage over other one-bed units at Zephyr. Kitchen was well stocked and unit had updated amenities. Would stay again

Absolutely perfect stay

This is a great location, right at the base of the gondola. Lockers for your skis and underground parking. The condo was well stocked with everything you need for a perfect skiing vacation.

I can’t complain about anything, the condo, the hot tub, the ski locker all a few hundred feet from the Gondola… it was AMAZING!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here and love the location. We were very close to the gondola and had a ski locker that is very close to the back door. The accommodations were great and I am glad we stayed here.

Perfect Ski in Ski out condo

Condo is exactly as described. Condo is the perfect ski in/ski out location! Just steps from the gondola. I don’t think there is another condo closer to the lifts. This condo is on the ground floor and has a laundry room and hot tubs on the same floor which come in handy. The condo itself had all the kitchen supplies we needed, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, etc. We are already planning our next trip!

Great Location

Great cozy stay convenient to the slopes. Condo had everything needed to fix meals and was clean & up to date. While we didn’t eat out during our stay there are a number of options located within walking distance. Grocery store and other dining options are only a short drive. The underground heated parking was great even though you have to pay Zephyr to park. Ski locker was located nearby and close to Zephyr entrance/exit to slopes.

This condo is the perfect size for our family of five. It is great for families with children as everything is a short walk including the day care at the resort and the ski school. Everything we need is right in the village including restaurants, groceries, arcade, fire pit, ice rink and shopping.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Because this unit is on the first floor there is no need to deal with the elevators witch can be a hassle on busy days. Even the hot tubs are just a short walk down the hall. The laundry and fitness center are also on the same floor.
