Reviewer Comments:
I have stayed at Destin West many times through the years and I recommend it to friends, but this stay was a little disappointing. Our refrigerator had leaked on the floor and we realized it was the ice maker. We had to turn off the ice maker and so we had no ice all week. I reported this every day and every day we waited. No one came to check it. I finally went to a nearby store and bought a bag of ice. The floors of the unit were very dirty and the shower in the primary bathroom needed a good scrub.

Reviewer Comments:
Our experience was great, the place was clean and comfortable, the only issues were the tvs in the rooms are not up to date and the kids couldn’t watch anything because they didn’t connect to any apps like Netflix etc, the only one that worked fine was the one in the living room, other than that everything was super nice
