The award winning library sits next door. This one bedroom condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room area, a private deck, laundry center and free internet. Elevator access is available to all floors from the covered parking garage.

Excellent Location

Excellent location! This condo is so convenient to walk to the gondola and the main street area. It made our time in Telluride even better since we didn’t have to catch buses or plan bus times (like other ski towns). The hot tub was great after full ski days. Elaine was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back to Telluride!

loved the condo

It felt like home. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great! Loved the hot tub and the location to the gondola from town to the mountain was about 2 blocks. So convenient and beautiful scenery on our walk. All the shops on the main street were close by too. Our hosts Elaine and Tom were present and helpful. We will stay there on our next trip to Telluride!

Blues and Brews Festival

I needed a place at the last minute and found this cool place just two blocks from the festival. While nothing fancy, it was clean, close to everything and was a quick walk to the festival.

Terrific location!

This is a perfect spot in Telluride to walk to anywhere in town. Unit was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Unit is not super fancy, but for the value was great for us! Communication with the host was excellent- we will be back.

What a gem

First timers to Telluride and this no frills condo was perfect. The room had a nice old ski town vibe to it. There were 3 of us and we were fine with the 1 bedroom space,. One queen, one single, and one queen pull out. Everything we needed was included like soap, shampoo, detergent etc. The location was top notch. We walked 3 blocks to the gondola or #8 each morning and we were on the slopes. We really enjoyed the town and our stay. The couple running the Inn were absolutely the sweetest and most attentive couple. Hope to go back again and again:)

Right near the gondola for a ski week

We picked this condo as it was right near town and the ski gondola and was in our price range. Still very expensive for a small condo which was a little dated but it suited us for the week. Would have liked tea and coffee and a smart TV like other places I’ve stayed but for Telluride it was simple, functional and we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location!

This property exceeded our expectations. Condo furnishings were a little dated but very clean and well maintained. We were in town for the Telluride Blues and Brews festival and literally less than a five minute walk from the festival entrance. The hosts were very nice and low key. Highly recommend!

Best hosts ever!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The location was so perfect for adults who wanted to wonder on their own some of the time. Right in the middle of restaurants and shops. 2 blocks from the free gondola which takes you to the village. Hosts were extra accommodating with many things we didn't even request. Thank you!

Great location

Great location right in the heart of downtown. Hot tub right in the middle of the complex. Very friendly and responsive management. Definitely staying here again

Check in and check out were easy. You are within a ten minute walk to just about anywhere in Telluride. Will stay there again the next time I am in Telluride.

Great location and value

The condo was well-stocked and the location can’t be beat. It was nice having a parking spot. Everything was in working order and it was a great value compared to other choices in Telluride.

Wonderful, Spacious & Cozy

My boyfriend and I stayed at the property for a destination wedding in Telluride. Our host, Elaine, was SO easy to chat with, responsive and lovely. The property itself was perfectly located in downtown Telluride with easy walking access to the gondola, bike rentals, restaurants and hiking // biking trails and was VERY spacious. It had 3 beds which was spectacular, a lovely balcony and great kitchen. Very convenient, easy and delightful. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

I wasn't especially familiar with the town previously, but the spacious, clean condo was just a few blocks from the tram, the food market, the city park, a wonderful bakery and the beverage store. My wife and I had a wonderful time.
