Hello. When we arrived it was spotless. So nice and prepared for guest. We liked the small additions of kitchen and bath products. Kitchen was fully equipped with clean appliances. Great hot water and pressure as well. Noticed one small missing object..a can opener. Either electric or hand neither was av, fortunately a kind neighbor was helpful at dinner time!

I am truly sorry to hear about the mouse droppings you found in the cabinets—this is not the experience we want for our guests, and I understand how unpleasant that must have been. We have already scheduled a deep clean and will be addressing the issue immediately with pest control and housekeeping to ensure this does not happen again.
