This Property was more than expected above and beyond. The host were prompt in answering any questions and I would book with them again if in the area . Thank you for sharing a great home.

A nice place to stay

The house was a lot of fun. It was relaxing in the sun room and we had a good time in the game room.

Yes, except there were no large kitchen knives, large mixing bowls or baking/casserole dishes.

Hello. Did you check drawer next to the stove? There was a drawer and cabinets filled with casserole dishes. Some in boxes.

What a hidden gem! This property in Saint Martinville, LA, is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, spotless, and even better than the pictures. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and clearly take pride in maintaining every detail, from the paper towels in the kitchen to the fresh towels in each room.We especially appreciated how accommodating the hosts were to our autistic son’s needs. The quiet, semi-private location offered calm and comfort, yet it was still close to everything in town. It was the perfect balance.There were just two very minor issues — a small wasp nest outside and a fridge that beeped occasionally — but we’re confident the hosts will take care of them quickly.As two military veterans, we’ve seen our fair share of misleading listings, but this was the opposite experience. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. We’re already planning to return and will continue singing the hosts’ praises to anyone visiting the area.

An Absolute Sanctuary in a Time of Need!I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at the Resweber Hidden Estate. Our family had to plan a last-minute trip after losing a loved one. Needing to travel quickly is stressful, but finding this home was an absolute blessing.Tucked away in an isolated and peaceful setting, the estate offered a private refuge where our family could grieve and heal together. The house is incredibly large, spacious, and spotlessly clean. You can tell the owner put extra thought into everything.The large kitchen is stunningly beautiful. It offered plenty of space for my husband, myself, our teenage daughter, our adult children, and their partners to gather. The owner thought of everything, providing plenty of supplies from cooking utensils to a clothing steamer. We were even able to bring our grand puppies.The home is beautifully decorated, balancing luxury with comfort. The sunroom is gorgeous, well laid out, and perfectly styled. The master bedroom is an oasis—the private sitting area was a great touch, and there is an impressive amount of cabinet and closet space.When we needed to process the days, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and decompress. The game room became our favorite spot to unwind and release tension after each emotionally charged day.Thank you to the wonderful host for creating a space that brought our family so much peace and comfort when we needed it most. We will be back!!!

This property is even more gorgeous than the pictures! This property is set off to the back from the road. So much privacy. The owner is an amazing communicator and will answer any questions you have in a timely manner. We were in town for our son's baseball tournament and this was in a great location to the ballparks. This house was everything we needed. The kitchen area is huge!! So easy to cook and move around. The rooms are very spacious and the game room and movie room were perfect for our children to enjoy their time playing together. The sunroom was so relaxing! We would eat supper and enjoy the view from the sunroom. Everything was peaceful at this property. Everything is fully stocked with what you need. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with!! We 100% recommend this property!
