Summary:
Welcome to our beautiful waterfront apartment located in the heart of historic San Marco, offering a picturesque riverfront view and easy access to one of the best parks in Jacksonville. This charming apartment is perfect for travelers seeking a unique and convenient location, surrounded by an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
The Space:
This is 3 separate apartments each unit equipped with all new appliances, washer/dryer, a secure lockbox, and private off-street parking. 1 king bed.
Guest Access:
Guests will enter the building via the front or back doors to the apartment. A code will be given before check-in.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW RENTAL AGREEMENT. We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in. Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests: Studio & 1 BR units - $25 per guest/night after 2 guests (i.e. 3 guests would be $25/night extra and 4 guests would be $50/night extra) 2 BR units - $30 per guest/night after 4 guests (i.e. 5 guests would be $30/night extra and 6 guests would be $60/night extra) 3 BR unit - $35 per guest/night after 6 guests (i.e. 7 guests would be $35/night extra and 8 guests would be $70/night extra) 4 BR units - $40 per guest/night after 8 guests (i.e. 9 guests would be $40/night extra and 10 guests would be $80/night extra) 5 BR+ units - $45 per guest/night after 10 guests (i.e. 11 guests would be $45/night extra and 12 guests would be $90/night extra) This condo is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs or cats this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog/cat hair here and there. We charge a pet fee of $30 / night / pet that you bring with you. This reduces to $150 /week / pet and $300 / month / pet for longer term guests. This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking. ***If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you then we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the pet fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.*** We have a minimum 7 day stay requirement for local guests. We rarely make an exception to policy but may elect to do so at our sole discretion. If you are local to Jax and book for less than 7 days we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation. Gatherings/parties of any kind are strictly forbidden at this property. If you host a gathering/party/event at this property we will levy a $1000 fine. The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming I can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed): 1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50 1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100 2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $150 3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $200 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to. ***Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front porch, patio, or front or back yard*** ***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (including ash/empty cigarette packs in condo, backyard, parking area, etc.) We will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee*** Also, Saturday check-ins and check-outs are (generally) not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is >7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends (FL-GA and TPC Sawgrass weekends are a few examples) . I may allow an exception to this policy (depending on the specific weekend and season) but reserve the right not to do so or to ask you to modify of cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday. You are strictly forbidden from bringing firearms or items associated with them (including guns, bullets, gunpowder, shells, magazines, silencers, etc.) on this property whether or not they are licensed. If you violate this policy or we find evidence that you did (e.g. firearms or bullets are discovered by our cleaners following your stay) we will assess a $1000 fine. For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.
