Beach Studio - Oceanside, Pool, Boardwalk, Bikes

This cozy beachside studio is perfectly located at the north end of the VA Beach Boardwalk. The complex overlooks the ocean and is close enough to the action to walk or bike (2 provided) to all the attractions the area has to offer like free concerts and oceanfront dining, yet private enough for the perfect couple’s getaway. Only a few steps away from the beach in an area that is less crowded than the hotel area just to the south. The location is also convenient to the VB Convention Center. This is an adorable ONE ROOM studio condo with recent upgrades and renovations including new flooring and a custom tile shower ! There is a beautiful pool overlooking the boardwalk and ocean for guest use. The studio also overlooks one of the most popular upscale restaurants in the area. There is a private bathroom with a view of Atlantic Ave. from the small portal window in the full shower and a functional kitchenette including a microwave, an induction cooktop, air fryer toaster oven combo, and refrigerator/freezer. The studio is a small but efficient space that sleeps 2 in a comfortable queen size day bed and has a small ocean view from the window that is visible from the pub table. There is NO additional seating other than the day bed that functions as a sofa and 2-top pub table. Please note that the unit is among the most private and quiet spots in the building because it's tucked into a unique location but DOES NOT have its own private balcony or direct ocean view (ocean can be seen from a large side window). Our guests enjoy a semi-private shared balcony with tables and chairs and an ocean/ pool view just outside the unit door and also a large rear common area patio along with the front lawn directly on the oceanfront. There is self adjustable AC and heat, a ceiling fan, big screen TV with cable, free high speed WiFi and a charging station beside the bed for all of your devices but put them away and go enjoy the beach ! Bring your K cups for the coffee maker and there are beach chairs and bikes provided for guest usage. If we forgot anything, or you need a midnight snack, there is a nice convenience store across the street !
