Estamos en el edificio Diamante, que es uno de los pocos edificios frente al mar. Estamos en el 7 ° piso, unidad 704. Nuestro condominio completamente abastecido tiene el internet inalámbrico más rápido en Sandy Beach, 3 televisores de pantalla plana, cocina completa, vista al mar desde nuestro hermoso patio privado del séptimo piso, lavadora, secadora, lavaplatos, agua potable filtrada, estacionamiento subterráneo, seguridad vigilada las 24 horas , gimnasio, piscinas de borde infinito con un tobogán acuático y ríos lentos, una piscina para niños, jacuzzis, bares en la piscina, una playa de arena blanca, jardines junto al mar.

También proporcionamos una conexión a internet inalámbrica de fibra óptica de 50Mb. No todos los condominios ofrecen internet inalámbrico, pero el nuestro es el más rápido disponible en Sandy Beach. También tenemos un "Smart TV" de 55 pulgadas para transmisión de video.

A few minor items needed to be addressed in the condo. We called the next day (Friday) to address the broken items, Toaster, Towel Rod, slow drainig shower, bed sheets. Other than that, the space was acceptable and clean. Casa Go operator said soemone would call us to address the items, but no one followed up . We left on Monday.

Perfect family vacation

Location, location, location. Beautiful, well kept condo. No need to leave the resort unless we wanted to. Resort is immaculate, constantly being cleaned. Biggest worry is beach or pool! Host was very kind and helpful. Would stay again.

Sandy Beach Gem

Beautiful condo with everything you need. The location is great with the pools and beach just a short elevator ride away. The sunsets from the lanai are gorgeous. Owner is fantastic with communication. Will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

Usually my family stays at a house in Las Conchas, so I wasn’t sure if we would like a resort-style condo instead. At first it was difficult to get your bearings of the resort and know the proper place to check in. We had family staying in each phase, and all of us were in different buildings. When arriving in the condo, we were disappointed that the thermostat was off, and the place was 88 degrees. Two other families in our group had this same issue. There was also only one dishwasher pod and no laundry detergent available. However, it was a pleasant surprise to find about 8 ice cube trays, so we could make our own ice. We enjoyed the ocean and pool view from our balcony. We were able to fit my baby’s pack and play in the master bedroom closet, and the bathrooms were super nice and spacious. The kitchen was a little tight, but the counter space was nice to fit all our snacks. The convenience of having pool access is definitely a huge advantage to wanting to stay here again over Las Conchas. I also liked that we could use any pool at the resort, and parking spots were always available close to the elevator.

Birthday Trip

First time to Mexico, daughter’s 21st birthday. Great location, easy access to pools and beach. Views are great! This condo is large and clean. Resort is well kept. Check in on app is recommended. Owner is super responsive and we had a great time. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Family Trip to RP!

Always enjoy visiting RP and staying at Las Palomas. This is the second time staying in this unit. Kevin is a great host offering a clean, organized and conveniently located condo in one of the best towers. Definitely recommend and will look to book again for our next trip.

Always a great experience

My family has stayed in the Tierney's condo a few times and ALWAYS have a great experience. Kevin the host is always helpful when needed and very friendly. I've tried other condos but the experience and room comfort doesnt compare. Hes my #1 host! Thanks for sharing your home with my family Kevin!

Nice room, great location, love Phase I's pool.

Everything was just top-notch, dang near perfect. With one exception. My wife put a credit card down for four towels at the pool. We returned them 9:30AM the morning of our departure home. Our (adult) son did not think to get a receipt.... Soooo............ I am now battling an $82 charge for four towels that were returned. I sent two e-mails and left two voicemails on this topic at Las Palomas itself. Zero response. So now I'm going through my American Express on the issue. This is why I exert all possible efforts to NOT use a credit card in Mexico. It's always something, some chance to stick it to the tourist.

Great 2 bedroom unit

This two bedroom at Las Palomas is great for two couples sharing space. Both bedrooms have king beds and adjacent bathroom access. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfy and accommodating, and Kevin, the owner, communicated well and answered questions before arrival.

long weekend

This was our second time staying at Las Palomas and our first at phase I. Many people complain about checking in but if you do your pre-checkin it goes by smoothly. Kevin, the owner, was great to work with and the property is always kept clean. We had no issues whatsoever.

Wonderful Rental!

This place is modern and has everything you need for your stay. We even had maid service every day, which I hadn't expected. I would definitely stay here again if I decide to make the 7.5 hour trek.
