Rent a bike from a local shop for a quick ride to Massengale Park or Gould’s Inlet. The condo features SmartTVs, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private patio. Both bedrooms are upstairs, with a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other. A queen sofa bed adds extra space. Enjoy modern amenities in a prime St. Simons location!

The space
This two-story condo offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with everything you need for an unforgettable visit to St. Simons Island. Conveniently located near Pier Village, you can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and scenic waterfront views. This prime location allows you to explore the best of the island without needing a car, though public beach access is just a short drive or bike ride away.

Inside, a coastal-inspired design welcomes you with bright, airy spaces and a thoughtful layout. The fully stocked kitchen includes tableware, cookware, a blender, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig—perfect for preparing meals before heading out for the day. Whether you prefer cooking in or dining out at the island’s many local restaurants, you’ll have everything you need. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

The open-concept living and dining area is designed for comfort, featuring a dining table with seating for four, additional seating, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests. After a day exploring, relax and stream your favorite shows on the SmartTV (guests should bring their own login for streaming channels). Step outside to your private patio, where comfortable seating allows you to enjoy the coastal breeze.

Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are on the second floor for added privacy. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, a SmartTV, ample closet space, and a mobile AC unit available for use during the summer months if needed. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, also with a SmartTV, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. A full bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms, while a half bathroom on the main floor adds extra convenience.

For added security, the condo has a Yale Smart Lock, so there’s no need to keep up with keys during your stay. The HVAC system runs smoothly, but for extra comfort, a mobile AC unit is available in the primary bedroom during the summer months if needed.

All linens, bath towels, and toiletries are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from Public Goods. A starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry pods, dish soap, and trash liners is provided for the first few days. Guests staying longer may need to replenish supplies.

Parking: The free parking lot includes one reserved space and a visitor space, which is first come, first served.

The occupant enjoys unrestricted access to every area within the condo, including a rear patio. The rental comes with a designated parking spot free of charge, and an additional visitor's parking space is available. Each rental is allowed a maximum of two cars.

— Massengale Park: Bike: 12 minutes, Car: 5 minutes. Public parking lot available. Facilities include restrooms and picnic areas.
— Gould’s Inlet: Bike: 18 minutes, Car: 7 minutes. Limited street parking. No restroom facilities available.

— No running up and down the stairs (neighbor is sensitive to noise)
— Do not move any furniture
— Respect the HOA's allowance of short-term rentals

Wonderful stay in a perfect location

Excellent communication from the get-go; I was in this condo for about a month and it was perfect for my needs. Well-equipped and ideally-located for access to everything: beach, restaurants, etc. The neighbors were friendly and we had everything we needed.
