The apartment comfortably accommodated 9 people. It was spacious and the views of the city were excellent! Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. It was also in a great location.

This was a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. We stayed over New Year’s Eve, and the building was clean and quiet. We loved being able to walk to Beelman’s Bar, grab carryout from Joe’s Pizza, and enjoy mimosas with fresh orange juice at ilcaffè. Everyone we encountered at each spot was incredibly friendly.Our on-site point of contact was also very helpful.

It was a great location. Easy access to everything. The apt was very large and good space.There were not enough towels, bring detergent to wash and reuse! The building was super nice, amenities were wonderful loved the pool area and rooftop lounge.

LA Stay

Went to K-Con 2025 and found this hidden gem. It's located in the heart of downtown LA, but if you add on the garage parking, rest assured that this is a safe place to stay. Check-in was seamless as instructions were clearly communicated on check-in day. I had some special requests during my stay and they were addressed during my times of need. The unit itself was a good size. It easily accommodated our family of 6, but could easily accommodate a couple more for sure. It was a very comfortable stay and will definitely recommend it for anyone who needs to stay in Los Angeles, especially for events near the Crypto Arena and LA Convention Center.

VRBO gave me the wrong address of this listing. I had to wait until I was almost there to find out exactly where to meet the guy checking us in. "Pull off to the side of the street and put your hazard lights on until I open the gate for you." I had to wait in the car next to a red curb hoping not to get a ticket. After he let us into garage and brought us to the apartment, we were told that anytime we wanted to enter the garage, we needed to text the host so he could open gate remotely. Each time we approached the garage door, I had to text 3 phone numbers, not knowing which would open the garage door. Very inconvenient, especially late at night. Also, even though we did not smoke, the master bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke for 3 of the 4 nights we were there. This stench was so strong at night, that it irritated our eyes and noses and stunk up our clothes, and we could not sleep in the master bedroom due to this strong smoke smell. I let the host know the first day, but did not hear from him until 2 days later when VRBO made him come by, at which point smell was not as bad, so he did not do anything about it.

Everything was very good and the rooftop view and the pool are amazing. The only problem was that the sofa has a little stain on it, and there was someone who came to clean it, but we were already inside, so I hope the next person who comes will find a clean one.Other than that, the experience was amazing . Thank you for hosting.
