House was very clean. Within walking distance of ice cream, restaurants, and the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay very much. Dog friendly also!

The cottage was wonderful. Nicely updated and well equipped. The kitchen had everything one could possibly want for cooking and grilling. Great location close to the beach and nearby shops.

Cute comfortable cottage, fully furnished kitchen, very clean. Walking distance to shopping and eating and also the beach. Close driving to numerous trails in the area. Would stay again

Very clean and nicely decorated in calm colors. Large kitchen with everything you need to cook anything. This property has everything for a beautiful time away, including a fire pit, large treed lot, 4 minutes from the beach, and right in the middle of the village. It's pet and child friendly. A very fine experience here.

We don’t have one complaint about Roamin Empire. Very clean and roomy , they had all you need for cooking. It is close to so many things to do. This is our second stay and plan on coming back next fall. If you have children they have all the toys you can imagine. Nice bikes too!!! See you next year!!

This house was perfect for us and Empire is a lovely town, quiet, but has everything you need and you can walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

Very good location & price

Close to the beach, bike trails, hiking trails, downtown, National Park, etc. some nice upgrades to an older place - has everything you need including good property managers

Great family vacation spot in Empire! Cute house, great walkable location, nice back deck and grill, and great yard for the kids to play. The house was very clean when we arrived, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the selection of puzzles/paddle boards/beach supplies was a big plus! All around five stars, and we’d happily stay there again!

We had a great time and the property was perfect for us. Clean, spacious and pet friendly. Empire is a great location - the beach and trails are just steps away and sleeping bear dunes is a quick drive. Also, bikes and paddle boards are free to use. Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again.

This is the kind of place you go and want to stay forever. We’ve always loved Empire but being able to experience what it would be like to live in the neighborhood makes us love it more! The house was really nice with everything you need.
