LadyFace Cottage: close to Magnolia & Baylor!

Our beautiful cottage is almost 100 years old! We love it because it is new meets old from the floors on up! We love our up-and-coming neighborhood and watching Waco come back to life! We are 3-4 blocks to Magnolia and just a half mile from Baylor. We are 2-3 blocks from lots of restaurants. We have private parking and a security system if needed. We love the feeling in our home because it is warm (with amazing AC in the summer!) and a great place to unwind with people you love!

Great guests! They were respectful of the property, followed all house rules, and left the home in good condition. Communication was smooth throughout their stay. I would gladly host them again and highly recommend them to other hosts.

Our stay was PERFECT!! My daughters and myself came for a weekend before school starts, we are teachers, and this house was exactly what we needed to make our weekend complete!! It is very clean-well decorated-great location-safe! I HIGHLY recommend Ladyface Cottage if you are ever in Waco!

This little house is lovely. I think much nicer than the pictures show. Very clean. Clean linens, no dust or tired decor. So nicely renovated. There five of us an we never felt cramped. Loved the gated parking and the central location.

Great place in central Waco minutes from downtown and magnolia market. Easy check in, private parking, clean rooms, good host correspondence. No problems.

Had a wonderful experience with Ladyface Cottage! The home was cute, clean, and comfortable, and had everything we could have possibly needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was well-maintained and welcoming, and loved the location which was central to everywhere we planned to go during our visit. Highly recommend to anyone heading to the area!

This two-bedrrom house is very nicely updated inside and out. The beds are very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Central location. Lots of gated parking space. Really good place to stay.

Perfect for exploring downtown Waco. We walked most places. Especially liked being able to keep my car parked in the gated driveway.

Super cute, super clean, lovely linen and decor, kitchen/eating area were great for cooking/eating in. I loved the secured parking area. The location was great for walking all things Baylor.

Perfect location! Clean, cozy & comfortable - just what we needed for a mom/daughter weekend get away with friends. Us moms took the room with two twin beds and the girls took the room with the big bed. The girls appreciated access to the dryer after getting caught in a rainstorm while out walking around. I really appreciated the gated parking in back. We would love to stay again next time we need our Magnolia shopping fix!

Karen’s cottage is adorable! Very clean, updated and comfortable. Perfect for our mother/daughter trip with 3 of us. Great location to downtown attractions, including Magnolia. This always one of the best STR’s I’ve ever stayed in.

Girl trip

This is a beautiful property in a great location. A quiet neighborhood within walking distance to everything in the Silo District! It is a roomy house with everything we needed to make our trip a wonderful experience! Will definitely stay here if in Waco in the future.

Cozy Magnolia-esque Historic Home

This 100 year old home has been turned into a gem! It is a little retreat with thoughtful details that all visitors will appreciate and enjoy.

Inside very clean!

Appreciate the inside being so clean. And loved the gated private parking. I took off one star because the outside furniture was very dirty, grass was long also. Otherwise very comfortable and will stay here again. Thank you

Cute and Cozy!

Location! Location! Location! We absolutely loved our stay! The cottage was clean, cozy and comfortable for my two daughters and I. We were in Waco for a long weekend, doing all the iconic things Waco had to offer. It was a short walk to Magnolia and a 5ish min drive to everything else. The owner was so kind and helpful, answering any questions we had. She also left goodies for us to snack on. So sweet! I would 100% recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Waco!

Perfect for what we needed

We started off our visit with Magnolia cupcakes on the table for us when we arrived! We had a privacy fenced yard and driveway with a remote for easy access. We grilled and sat outside at the picnic table under beautiful pecan trees in the evenings. It was close to Baylor, the grease pit and the Silos! I was able to wash and dry clothes which was so convenient. The home was neat, nicely decorated comfortable and relaxing. Karen was a thoughtful and gracious hostess!

This is the perfect cottage for your trip to Waco. Convenient to everything including Baylor, Magnolia's and all the local restaurants. A great neighborhood if you like a quiet place to stay. Easy check-in and check-out, and great communication with the host. Well appointed kitchen as well.
