**Canada geese frequent this natural lake and sometimes gather on the dock, leaving droppings behind. We clean before every stay and use deterrents, but they`re persistent — a quick rinse with the provided hose may occasionally be needed during your visit.

The cabin is entirely your space while you are here. There are neighbors but when you are in the cabin you would never know it!

We prepare the cabin with you in mind, taking care of the cleaning and preparation so you don`t have to worry about a thing. A Rental Agreement regarding the home is required to be signed by the guest on the booking before the cancellation period ends. The agreement will be sent to you through the booking platform upon booking.
The home is not child-proofed - there are no covers on the outlets, or locks on cabinets and drawers containing cleaning products, sharp items, etc. You are responsible for taking precautions to keep your children safe.
The property has easy access to a quiet road and Cain Lake, please keep your children within sight distance.
In respect of our neighbors we ask for quiet time between 10pm and 8am.
Our good neighbor policy is in the documents we send prior to your arrival, please read and adhere to them.
Only guests listed on the booking are permitted at the home unless prior approval by PNW Concierge (this includes both daytime and nighttime visitors.)
