Great spot with easy beach access. Enough parking for 3 autos. All the bedrooms are spacious and have direct bathroom access. The kitchen has great views, plenty of room and the half bath on the 3rd level is a life saver. Speaking of life savers the elevator was HUGE in helping everyone get their luggage to their rooms as well as getting the groceries to the kitchen.Construction is ongoing next door which was unpleasant but didn't detract from the house at all. The pickle ball court was a nice touch but it was so windy that it was almost impossible to play on most days.All in all the house suited our family of 9 well. I think it's priced for multiple families to split the cost so it was a bit pricey but well accommodating.

Beach Vacation

The house was beautiful. Great view from the living area. Access to the beach was very close. We had an issue with the hot tub we reported. It was repaired and we got to enjoy it the rest of our stay. Overall great vacation!

Truly a great property and incredible location. The beach access is literally one block away; you can walk easily or drive a golf cart. The property itself is gorgeous and a great layout for a multifamily trip. We enjoyed the private pool & hot tub, and the sports court was a big hit with the kids. The community offers great amenities and is located right next door to Palmilla which offers even more amenities, including a beautifully maintained 9-hole golf course. The cleanliness of the property could have been better. It wasn't dirty by any means but there were tons of little bugs in the windowsills and on the stairs that probably creped in after the last cleaning. We did have an issue with the pool & spa not being heated as requested but management was very helpful and the issue was resolved quickly.Overall, we would definitely stay at this beautiful and convenient property again, we had a blast and didn't want to leave!
