Lovely beach vacay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Legacy was so ready to book with! They are so kind and responsive to texts! They also text welcome and check ins throughout your stay. The unit was very beach and well maintained!

Great Place for the Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious for our family of six. We loved being able to enjoy the beach from our balcony. My only complaints are having very little paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. We ended up buying more. It would also be nice to know what kind of coffee maker because there were no filters, and the pot needed oval-shaped filters. We ended up buying some and just left them there since our pot at home has the typical circular basket. Last, which is a building issue and not the condo itself, but the elevator smelled awful, like it was soured from mold or water built up. Overall, the condo was spacious. We also loved having complimentary chairs and an umbrella on the beach each day. We will definitely return.

Very spacious condo. It has everything we needed for our stay. It was located perfectly near the elevators and stairs and had the best view of the ocean. The pool was perfectly heated to just the right temperature. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was ok, definitely needs an upgrade. The mattress in the master was old and very uncomfortable. The amenities in the unite were pretty sparse not even a blow dryer. Also being on the 3rd floor above the pool and hot tub wasn’t great. It was loud most evenings, kids crying and people taking so we sat inside most nights. I wouldn’t choose this location again. The best part was the beach service. The employees were really great, it was awesome to always have chairs and an umbrella. All in all I probably wouldn’t stay in this condo again.
