This beautifully remodeled 5th floor condo has a fantastic view of the beach, pool and Gulf of Mexico. This condo offers complimentary beach service (1 umbrella, 2 chairs set up for you daily March - October)! This is a 3 bedroom / 3 bath beachfront condo and has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TV's, WI-FI and beach front balcony that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. This unit also has it's own dedicated covered parking spot which means your car will stay comfortable even during the hot summer months! The unit will sleep 8 with a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Kitchen comes fully stocked with cups, glasses, plates, flatware, basic appliances and cookware and a Keurig coffer maker. Enjoy the gulf side pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, barbeque grilling area, complimentary beach service (seasonally) and well equipped fitness room during your family beach vacation. Disappointed with somethings

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been to FT. Walton a few times and have stayed in Island Princess before, so it was a little disappointing to walk in and really have to clean. Now, some cleaning is just necessary being that we're stilling a pandemic but the place needed a deep cleaning, and for the price we pay for rentals these days, they should being doing it twice a month (all surfaces). Also, they cheap pots and pans. Again, a costco membership will get you a nice set of pots and pans for a little of nothing. The last thing is the washer stinks. It needs to be cleaned as well. Obviously, we had a great vacation, but I'll make sure I don't wait too late to book, so I'll get a condo with nice upgrades and hopefully cleans better.

**Amazing Stay with Everything a Family Needs**

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view is absolutely amazing — we could have spent all day just soaking it in. The condo itself has everything a family could need, making it easy and comfortable to feel right at home. The owners were fantastic to work with — responsive, kind, and accommodating. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Amazing!

This property was everything and more! It was 110% clean when we arrived, fully stocked with all the essentials and more, and the view of the Gulf was AMAZING. We have never used VRBO before and now I think we will never stay at a hotel again! The location was perfect, right on the beach in a quieter area west of Destin. The white sand beach was perfect. It was an amazing family vacation with our adult children and 17 yr. old!

Great property and location

The condo was clean and comfy. Would have been nice to have blackout curtains on the front bedrooms to block the lights from the hallways. The dining room chairs need to be replaced, the seats are broken in 3out of 6.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 7 people and it was very comfortable. The view was amazing from the balcony. The condo was clean. There were some cosmetic things that could be fixed. The only thing I would complain about is the elevators and stairs. One elevator was closed for a few days while we were there and everyone seemed to be waiting for one elevator. It wasn’t awful taking the stairs but they only went to the 5th floor and then you would have to find the other stairs to take you up. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was well maintained and clean. Easy access to pool and beach. Had a great time. Construction was going on, so fairly loud from about 9am to 5pm. But since it was so late in the year, much later than I've ever been to FL, I figured it was fairly normal to have upgrades, etc being completed since it's basically after their tourist season.

There was a lot of construction going on and we had routine pest control come during our stay as well, but EVERYONE from the construction workers to maintenance to pest control were extremely kind and courteous. The condo was perfect for our trip and we enjoyed our stay so much that we are considering booking for next year as well. 😊

Very Nice Unit and stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We love the decor and color inside the unit. The view from the balcony is exceptional. Everything we could have needed was in the condo. My only item I’d request is a blender in kitchen. 😉 We will definitely consider staying here in future. My only con if I had to pick something would be the swimming pool down below can get loud into late hours of night but that comes with territory.
