We will definitely book this place again! It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our large family. Everyone had plenty of space and was very comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms, which was a huge plus for a big group, and the large balcony was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Condo is an older one. But has been updated. Very nice and spacious. Host easy to communicate with. The beach view is really good. Indoor and outdoor pool.

The host is very responsive and quickly acts on any issues. There was a slow draining shower that was responded to and visited by maintenance within the same day. The space and layout of the condo is ideal for large groups. Never ran out of hot water or lacked for air conditioning. Getting to the beach is a little bit of a maze through the building but the boardwalk to the sand was the easiest I’ve ever used; no stairs! Overall a great stay and experience!

Best time and great place !!!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is one of the best ones we have ever stayed in and all voted to try and book for our next trip together. We all slept well on the beds and had plenty of room to visit and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The young man that responded to my text and and called was very good and made sure we had all that we needed.

Our vacation was great and we enjoyed our time. There were a few things that could be improved upon. One of the guest rooms had a missing curtain or blinds. The balcony was not as large as the picture indicated. There was also only one elevator operating while we were there. Being on the eighth floor steps were not an option. We would return to this property in the future, but would not be our first choice based on other properties we have stayed at at this location.

Best time at Perdido Sun

We have been going to PERDIDO SUN for a lot of years and this stay was one of the best. I loved how the rooms were set up. With 9 people, mostly teens, the rooms and living rooms worked great for us. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The balcony had enough space for us to enjoy together. We will definitely be coming to this condo again. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Our stay was fantastic. The place is very roomy, clean, well stocked and excellent location. Had one issue with the TVs not working and they tried everything to try and help us solve the issue but was not able to before we left which was fine since we had our own entertainment sitting on the balcony watching the many dolphins swim by. Would definitely stay here again and recommend

Just as advertised...lovely. Nice and clean and well furnished. Great amenities and communication from host. Did not have the bracelets to identify us as guests, but we had no problems. Thought parking might be a problem but was easy-peasy. Highly recommend!
