The freezer would not freeze items. The ice maker made about 5 cubes of ice our entire stay. We had to keep buying ice and the ice would melt in the freezer. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Very minimal items in kitchen. We had to go purchase items. Just felt like it needed some attention. Would not stay here again.

We’re taking these actions immediately: - Dispatch maintenance to inspect and repair or replace the freezer and ice maker, verify proper temperature and door seal, and test ice production. - If the freezer or ice maker cannot be fully restored, replace the unit and add supplemental ice-storage solutions for future guests. - Schedule a full mattress and bed inspection; replace or add mattress toppers, pillows, and bedding as needed to ensure comfort. - Audit and restock kitchen inventory (pots, pans, utensils, basic pantry/starter items, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags) so groups don’t need to purchase essential supplies. - Retrain housekeeping, update the turnover checklist, and add a pre-arrival photographic quality check to prevent repeat issues. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates and any photos you can share so we can review your stay and prioritize these fixes. Your feedback helps us improve.

Very nice place but floor was a little dirty and sandy. Also at times sounded like they were renovating upstairs

Great place!

Enjoyed out stay. Room clean. Wish more towels were provided as it sleeps 8 but were not given enough for 8 people nad had to go buy extra

Perfect!

It was the perfect stay for our short vaca weekend! The indoor pool was perfect for my little ones and the easy beach access was icing on the cake. The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures! We had a blast!

Great location

Great convenient location. Walkable to restaurants and stores. Well appointed and clean. Easy access to the beach. Loved having indoor amenities during rainy days. Great communication from host.

Nice location

Nice location for my family of four. Everything was very clean except for the floors. Amenities were all great and loved the master shower.

Wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Summerchase. The location was perfect! Everything we needed was close by yet there were not other condos or businesses crowding us. The beach was beautiful! The condo itself was nice, a couple of minor issues but were resolved quick with the management of Liquid life. A wonderful vacation was had by the whole family!

Nice and clean

We enjoyed our stay at Summerchase condo. There were a few things that could be improved, but the place was super clean upon arrival and we would definitely stay there again!

Stay here!

No contact check in and check out made it speedy and more relaxed when we arrived after dark. The condo itself was clean and could not hear other tenants during our stay. Central location in town and the beach was so great you didn't need to travel anywhere.

Would stay again in a heart beat.

The condo itself was just as advertised and met everyone one of our needs. Clean and well kept. The property (including the condo front door) could use some upkeep and although it has an amazing workout area only a few of the equipment actually works the rest were broken. Overall the location and the condo were amazing and we hope to stay here again.

Orange Beach Stay

Great location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great security on site. Magical sunset views. Could use more towels and washcloths. We had to wash every night for the 6 of us. No hand towels or pot holders in kitchen.

Can you say Awesome?!!!

This property was amazing. Everything was as described! The property was clean. It had a fantastic view and easy access to the beach! The location of this property was within driving distance to all restaurants and activities! Gulf Shores is only a 10 minute drive away. We had stayed in Destin and Panama City Beach the last several years and this Orange Beach experience blew those places out of the water! Liquid Life was also easy to work with and very efficient and kind. This was just a great overall location and trip!

Relaxing and clean condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo very much. High points were location, cleanliness, well supplied and thoughtful decor. Low was the couch and love seat. Being on the south side of 60 we almost didn't escape that old couch's clutches!
