Although I booked one day before my arrival, the hosts were fantastic, and responsive communicating with me. The condo was clean, very comfortable and close to several restaurants.

Even for a brief one-day trip, this condo was wonderful. The beds and linens were super comfortable, the bathrooms were updated with great shower heads, and the place was clean and modern. The host provided great practical amenities like hand soap, dish soap, paper plates, and sandwich bags. Access to the clubhouse, pools, tennis, and basketball courts made it even better. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in this property to attend our grandsons football game at the IMG Academy. This Condo is down the street from the entrance to IMG and is a walk away from Applebee's and Publix. My grandson is only a Junior so we will definitely rent this property again in the future.

The place looked even nicer than the pictures and it had everything we needed and was in a nice area with lots of stores and restaurants.

I've stayed at several.places in Shorewalk..This one is the best so far. Stocked well with extras. Great location. Very clean.Very nice accommodations. Highly recommend this unit.

Great communication, beautiful property, both the unit is self, but also the property,/grounds, and convenient location, I would recommend and if visiting this area again, will definitely book. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This place was beautiful. In the middle of Bradenton (Bradenton is sketchy in areas so be careful) and accurately depicted in pictures. It’s brand new though. Came with lovely amenities. TheAC switches at night to 76 so if you’re a cold sleeper keep an eye on that! 2 pools in walking distance. Only part was the host was unresponsive for our questions even through text message/calls. Messaged upon arrival with a question, no response. 3rd day in messaged with question, didn’t get a reply until the next day about only the second question. If you’re in an unexpected situation I wouldn’t bet on it that they would respond. I will say THAT IS THE ONLY THING rated low! Everything else is wonderful!

Thank you for highlighting how beautiful and clean the condo is, and for enjoying the pools! ​We apologize for the lapse in communication during your visit; this is definitely not our standard, and we’ve updated our system to ensure instant responses moving forward. We also want to note for future guests that while the AC has an energy-saving mode it is set at 76°F during the day and 73°F at night, it can be easily adjusted manually down to 70°F whenever you prefer it cooler. We are proud of our safe, centrally located community and hope to welcome you back for an improved experience!

We loved this unit! Much better than past stays at other Shorewalk condo units! Clean, nice, quiet. We rebooked for May and will add more stays!
