Sugar Reef is a duplex and both units may be rented for a larger group. See Listing # 684978 for SUGAR REEF "B". Each unit can accommodate 4 guests. With vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan and fresh decor this home has a relaxing, "beachy" vibe. You will enjoy the convenience of walking just two short blocks to direct access to the Gulf Of Mexico! You will also have quick access to the bay, waterfront park, kayak launch and children's playground. This home is super clean, features a screened porch, bar-b-que grill, beach chairs and shady covered parking! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Sugar Reef is located centrally on Anna Maria Island, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road for easy access on and off the island. You can easily hop on the trolley to ride the full length of the island. About 20 minutes to St. Armands Circle. Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.

Great little 2 bedroom house! This house had great beach access, about 2 blocks away from ocean side and also the bay side had a cute little park and kayak access. We would definitely stay here again. Great location at a great price.

Great spot! Perfect for 3-4 ppl. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Well stocked with everything you may need. They even had a cart to use to carry everything to the beach. It is a duplex but we never heard the neighbors. Plenty of parking. Overall excellent choice. Screened in porch under the house was perfect for enjoying the rain storm.

The condo is perfect for 2 adults or small family (1 bathroom). Very clean, nicely decorated, and short walk to both the gulf and bay. It’s also in a neighborhood that feels very safe. I would highly recommend. Also, the kitchen has everything I can think of if you want to cook.

Nice place central to most everything there

Overall great stay 1 block to beach and close to grocery and food. Host was quick to respond and helpful would recommend for couple and up to 2 kids.

This was our second time staying at this property and we will continue to stay at this unit whenever we visit this area. The entire family loves this property and surrounding area as it has everything you could need; plenty of space, amenities included, everything is stocked (towels, kitchen ware, beach items, etc.), property manager is very responsive. Wonderful Trip - Second Time at This Place!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first and we are already planning on coming back again! Laura the host is super nice and a great communicator. This is a perfect location and has everything you need!

Steps away from the beach

We enjoyed staying at this beach house. It was a perfect size for our family of four. We easily walked to the beach every day! The house was very comfortable and welcoming.

My daughters and I had a great time at this house. The house was immaculate, close to everything we wanted and cozy. It felt like home. We would definitely stay here again.

When we found this property we knew it was in the perfect location! It's a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. It's super close to grocery, pharmacy, beachy shops and restaurants. Our purpose was to create a comfortable, well stocked beach home where you can litterally arrive and relax.
