The condo was perfect for our family vacation.It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was good and had beach access. Michael was easy to communicate with and provided all the information we needed.

Exceptional experience.. house had all amenities.. welcoming, kind, thoughtful and responsive host! Location was superb with Ocean St restaurants and walks to beach! Being located mid coast allowed for exploration of most Cape Cod in the few days we were there….

Michael, the host, was great. He communicated well and was working to make it a great experience for us (thank you). Restaurant recommendations and so much more. The place had many things needed for a great week including chairs, coolers, blenders, coffee makers, and so much more. Location was really good with short walk to Kalmus beach, resort private beach, and longer walk/short drive to downtown shops and restaurants.

Great place!

This was a great property, perfect for families! Loved being by the pool and the beach as well as the ferries and restaurants. Property was clean, beautiful and owner was above and beyond communicative, kind and always available! He truly ensured we had a great stay!

What a great spot! The condo is large and fits 8 people perfectly. Great access to the little beach and the pool was very very nice. The house was comfortable and clean. The best part by far was the host! Michael was very friendly, incredible communicative, and even sent flowers to thank us for our visit! We had a ran into issues with our precious rental on a different website before booking this rental and the experience couldn’t have been any better with this condo! Highly recommend!

An amazing family stay

Everything was just perfect abd as desired for our family vacation. The house is great and fully stocked with all you need for our 3 generations on vacation. Loved the pool and the beach and the proximity to Hyannis downtown. The host was wonderful, very responsive and welcoming. We cant wait to come back over and over again!

Michael is an exceptional host with great communication. The property itself is perfect for families, with plenty of room and all the necessities you may need. The private beach was great, and my children especially loved the pool. With its proximity to downtown, shops, ferries, restaurants, it is a perfect place to stay to enjoy Cape Cod. I would highly recommend!

Spacious! My husband and two young adult kids had plenty of room to spread out. Nice kitchen, fully stocked with supplies. And I always like being at The Yachtsman - a nice neighborhood /community.

Michaels house was simply gorgeous and included everything my family and I needed! The location could not have been better, the property was immaculate with a nice pool and peaceful beach. Michael was very responsive and helpful along the way. Our family had an amazing vacation. We will definitely be back!

The Yachtsman Condominium is the perfect spot for a vacation, especially if you have young children. The beach is wonderful for swimming, catching minnow, relaxing on a float, fishing or just enjoying the sunshine. The pool is refreshing and beautiful, with a gazebo attached where you can play games or borrow books. The landscaping on the entire property is gorgeous. Also, a short walk away in one direction is a playground for the children, and walk the other way to Kalmus Beach and enjoy a walk on the jetty or get a bite at the snack bar. A 10 minute walk down Ocean Street brings you to the Ocean Street Docks, where you can catch the ferry to the islands, visit artist studios, get ice cream or lunch or dinner. If you have young kids, be sure to check out the Pirate Ship, which leaves from those docks. A short drive away in Main Street, for souvenir shopping and restaurants. Also nearby you can catch a baseball game- free!- https://www.capecodleague.com/hyannis- tons of fun, and many outdoor concerts.

Perfect vacation stay for four adults and two children. Michael was a great host who provided everything we could possibly need. The condo is charming with four floors, providing enough room and privacy for all. The landscaping around the condos is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the beach each day, and there is easy access to restaurants, fishing, mini golf and more. A hit with all ages, so thank you!!

Host Michael was excellent with giving and updating information we needed during our stay. Supplies were plentiful. The beach was clean and adequate. I didn't consider we were in Lewis bay and would have preferred more waves. The kids loved the pool and the lifeguards were very nice and on point. Overall I would give it a 4.5 rating.
