Welcome to our spacious cape cod on 2 acres at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac minutes from I-71. In the morning enjoy your coffee on the edge of the woods in our cozy 3-season porch. In the afternoon grab an iced tea, pick a swing or rocking chair on the front porch and watch the kids play in the cul-de-sac. When evening comes, fire up the pellet grill and relax on the back covered deck watching the sunset.

• Up to 3500 sq ft available for guest access on all three levels.
• Each bedroom has a private bathroom
• Fire pit and outdoor living space
• Yoder pellet grill
• Entertainment for all ages:
- Pickleball in the cul-de-sac
- Indoor shuffleboard
- Full size outdoor shuffleboard
- Bumper pool/ Poker table
- Classic Arcade (Centipede)
- Basketball goal

Sleeping arrangements:
- 1st floor Master bedroom: Queen bed

Weekend getaway

It was a beautiful property. We enjoyed the back and front porches and the easy access to lots of shopping and restaurants.

The pictures are a perfect reflection of the home, it’s just as manicured and lovely as it looks from the post! Wonderful quiet street set on a beautiful lot and they’ve got so many outdoor activities to enjoy…from swinging on the porch to outdoor shuffleboard & pickleball, or just enjoying the stars at night - it’s all there! The interior is thoughtfully laid out and truly has everything you’ll need for a comfortable and memorable stay…there were 3 adult couples in our group and we had ample room to either enjoy a dinner together or have some private quiet time! It’s just a delightful home that we will definitely return to again! 10/10!

We were in town for a family wedding and had a great time in Brad's home. It easily accommodated our eight-member family. We only regret we couldn't take advantage of all the home features.

Our stay was fantastic. My husband and I had our 3 adult kids with us at the house for a nearby family wedding. The home was clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for cooking or relaxing. It was easy to get around and the neighborhood is lovely. Loved sitting on the sun porch to sip coffee in the morning, chat with the kids and do a bit of reading. We’d watch movies in the evening in the comfortable living room on the main floor. The kitchen has everything you’d need! Completely happy with our stay in Kentucky.
