We had a great stay. Host was responsive and friendly. The house was adorable and well kept. Everything worked great and had a great stocked coffee bar! Would recommend.

The property was clean, modern, tastefully decorated. The large kitchen facilitated family meal prep and cooking. Several rooms downstairs for conversation, games, meals etc. Outside patio areas for conversation, cooking, fire pit, spa, etc. Excellent property for family gathering!!

This house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. It has a wonderful mix of home-like touches that feel comfortable, and the hotel quality amenities travelers need when staying away from home. We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing 3 days at this house and would love to do it again soon!

Such a cute place to stay with so much charm. Had everything we needed in the greatest setting. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

The Crestwood Cottage was great! We have stayed in several B and Bs and this was one of the best.The home was recently redone, clean and comfortable.Heather checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.We are already looking to book it next year!Great host, great house.

I had family from Oklahoma and Chicago join me from Florida to visit other family for a week in La Grange, Kentucky. The house was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. The back yard was very peaceful and private. We really enjoyed some time relaxing in the hot tub, and our 2 dogs enjoyed the large fenced in back yard. I could go on and on about the house, the hosts, and everything else that made our stay so pleasant. If you book this location you definitely won't be disappointed!

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The place was very clean and well stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils, which made cooking easy. There was lots of seating with two tables, and an abundance of towels provided. Heat worked well too! It was also very pet-friendly — we loved the fully fenced yard, which was perfect for our dog. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay not a far drive from anything. We stayed during the holidays and loved the Christmas decor. We would definitely stay again.

The property was just as advertised and even better. We went as a large group for a roller derby bow in Jefferson town, and the location was close enough, but also felt very serene and tucked away. It was a perfect location for all of us to hang out together. The hot tub was a definite perk after a long day of hitting each other on roller skates and Heather was very communicative and gave all of the information that they needed to check in and perfectly timed to check out instructions. we didn’t bring any pets, but did notice that it was prep friendly and there were dog treats and toys and water bowls for animals littered throughout the yard and back room which I thought was adorable. Everything was very well stocked, including anything that you would need for your morning, coffee and sitting out on the covered porch on the front of the house with a cup of coffee at 7 AM listening to the birds was the highlight of my weekend.

House is wonderful. Definitely needs curtains on the eastern side in the morning. Tough to see in the kitchen when making breakfast. Big hot tub fits 6. Communication was difficult/delayed/confusing

Heather was amazing. The house was comfortable, clean and welcoming. We did have a small issue, not even worth mentioning, and it was handled with grace. Loved the backyard. Dog toys around and treats for our babies. Very dog friendly. They were comfortable.We enjoyed our stay.

In the mornings you’ll hear birds, see sunlight moving through the trees, and feel the kind of slow start that just invites you to breathe. The yard is one of my favorite parts — it’s made for porch coffee, kids running around, or simply soaking in a little fresh air before the day starts.

And while it feels wonderfully tucked away, you’re still just minutes from Crestwood’s local restaurants, shops, and everything Oldham County is known for… with Louisville close by when you’re ready for more to explore.

What I love most about this neighborhood is the backyard-quiet energy and small-town warmth. There’s just something about it that helps you drop into a slower rhythm and feel right at home the moment you arrive.
