Welcome to your perfect getaway! Nestled on the serene shores of Lower Long Lake in the desirable Brainerd Lakes Area, our charming 3-bedroom cabin offers the ideal escape for families, friends, or anyone looking to relax in nature. Fast internet available for those looking to stay connected - you can take video calls and stream videos. Up to two pets welcome at extra cost.

Wake up to stunning lake views from the spacious deck, the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Bedroom 1 has a premium sleep number queen bed, Bedroom 2 has an additional queen bed, and Bedroom 3 offers two double beds with bathroom access. The basement provides an additional sleeping opportunity with a king size bed and extra lounging. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils for your convenience. Gather around the cozy gas fireplace or enjoy meals in the screened-in porch. There is a large yard for outdoor games or space to gather around the firepit for s'mores and stargazing.

Guests have full access to the cabin, including lakeside amenities such as a firepit, kayaks and dock access.

Great spot for a small group or a couple families. The view from the kitchen/deck is beautiful. Great communication from the hosts. All around made for a very memorable trip for our group. 10/10

The cabin was charming (and clean, which is very important to my wife), and the view of the lake from the cabin was wonderful. Our host was very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to others.

My family stayed at this location over Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. We found the place to be very clean and welcoming.The host – she was great. Prior to our stay she responded to my questions in a timely manner. I reported a few minor things during our stay and she always responded right away. Location – the house was located far enough away from town to make it feel like a getaway but close enough to make it easy to run into town if needed. Kitchen - was well stocked and they had a cute coffee station with a regular coffee maker.Bedrooms - were comfortable. The room we stayed in had a sleep number bed which was nice.Entertainment – the WiFi was strong and the variety of options on the TV was good. Accessibility – I have some mobility issues so I am always looking for places that can accommodate that. To be fair, this place was not labeled as accessible but very few are so I just look for key things. First there were only 2 steps to get onto the front porch. This was not bad as they are shallow steps and fairly easy to navigate. The front bedroom did have a small step down so if you are using a walker it may be a challenge. The other 2 bedrooms on the main floor allowed for easy access as the threshold was flush. The bathroom shower was a walk in so no worries about stepping into a tub. Also the water temp and pressure were great.The back deck was easily accessible from the main floor.I would recommend this as a getaway.

We had a wonderful long weekend stay! We we traveling to the area from North Carolina to visit with family local to Minnesota. This was the perfect little spot for us to fit in a lake vacation as well as go into Brainerd for car races at BIR, go-karting, mini-golfing, and pizza. We were traveling with 2 kids - who loved having access to the lake to swim and the entertainment area in the basement. We were also traveling with my older parents who enjoyed being able to go out onto the lake in the pontoon. Adding that to the rental was a great decision and let us fully enjoy our time there. We also brought our own paddleboards and used those along with the 2 kayaks at the house and had a fun time paddling nearby. We enjoyed the local birding and serenity of the lake in the mornings and evenings. The deck worked well to sit out and play games, and enjoy coffee. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to do a bit of cooking and have meals at the cabin. Communication with the host was excellent and it felt like we had all of the information we needed. Thank you! Would love to return!

Whether hiking through State Parks, snowmobiling groomed trails, skipping rocks for hours with my 10-year-old son, and watching my 7-year-old son try to out-fish his Dad – all four seasons are ours for the taking. We are a very active family and want to share those experiences with those we know and those we don’t yet know. Which is why we can’t wait for you to rent our quaint cabin. Our urban escape that we can access in a quick two-hour drive after work on a Friday afternoon. Trading city lights for stargazing on the deck, roasting marshmallows and relaxing by the water.

South Long Lake is a gorgeous lake with clear waters, great for fishing, swimming and water sports. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Our property has great outdoor spaces. A flat front yard that is open and great for lawn games. Behind the house there is a deck that overlooks the lake with incredible sunrise views. Then you take the stairs down to the dock, and their are flat seating areas closer to the water as well. The shoreline is shallow with a sandy bottom - perfect for putting a beach chair in the water or playing games. In the winter months, the lake is primed for great ice fishing. The property is also close to some great trail systems, including the Paul Bunyan Trail. Perfect for snowshoeing, snowmobiling, or any other winter recreation activity.
