Everything was great. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were very accommodating. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this place.

Fall Trip to Arizona

This property in Cottonwood was quiet, comfortable and provided us with a convient location to explore the Sedona area of Arizona. Hiking, biking, exploring the region and many other activities are available to travelers who stay here. We will stay here again if and when we return to this region for future visits. Schramm stay

We really enjoyed your little house. It was very well appointed, with everything we needed. I was with my girlfriend from Washington state. I slept on one of the single beds, which was a little soft for me. I moved to the other and it was great. We were especially surprised that we could use Netflix. Your house was very clean, Thank you!

Cottonwood Stay

This place was perfect for us. We stayed a week at the apartment and it had everything that we needed. Very well stocked, thinking of all of our potential needs. Very clean and comfortable. Great location to old town, Jerome, and Sedona.

Cottonwood Comfort

Cottonwood is an interesting town in a fascinating area and the comforts of unit were very enjoyable. Comfortable and clean. The wifi and the tv service outstanding. Thanks to our terrific hosts!

So clean, organized, and well-stocked.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great base camp for exploring around Sedona. The place was clean and well-stocked, and everything was labeled and easy to use. The location was good. There wasn't really anything in close walking distance, but we hadn't expected there to be. Dead Horse Ranch State Park and Old Town Cottonwood were very close drives, and we didn't have any issues finding parking until we were in Sedona. I definitely preferred the vibe of Old Town Cottonwood to the vibe of Sedona. Sedona scenery is beautiful, but the town is overly touristy - I'm glad we didn't stay there. Donna & Roy let us use space in the garage to park our mountain bikes, which was really convenient since we used them every day during out stay. We weren't around much during the day since we were biking and exploring, so we didn't do much there but shower, sleep, eat breakfast, and pack our lunches for the day, but the place was perfect for our needs.

Well appointed and convenient location

Lovely interior and comfortable beds. Clean and stocked with all essentials. Really appreciated the keurig coffee and tea supply. Easy parking and short drive to Cottonwood with all its cute shops and restaurants. Would def go back.

Very cute, cozy and clean. Stove and microwave dud bit work the first night we slept there but the host was very quick in getting the issue fixed.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and had things you wouldn’t bring with you such as soap, a new kitchen scrub pad (an important detail to me), pots, plates , etc. Very close to downtown, shops, restaurants, and the state park. The neighborhood was very quiet and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cottonwood.

Super clean cosy Town Home

We spend 4 night in Cottonwood to visit Sedona and Cottonwood area, 2 adults and 2 children. Very clean, cozy and fully furnished. Its super quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Location I great. Central to all the beautiful hike and attraction. Easy drive to Sedona, Jerome or other amazing places. Close to grocery store and other shops. Close to Cottonwood old town.
