Great condo. Clean and spacious. Only small negative was the constancy trampling of fees in the condo above us and the moving balcony furniture especially at night. The noise was loud and very disruptive.

Thank you for staying at Phoenix Gulf Towers 1707 and for the 4‑star review. I’m glad the condo was clean and spacious. I’m sorry the late‑night noise and moving of balcony furniture from the unit above were disruptive. I’ve shared your feedback with the owner and building management so they can address guest behavior and reinforce quiet hours. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life.

Our stay was overall good. A few things we were disappointed in-balcony furniture not super comfy, “heated” indoor pool not very heated, the layout to get outdoors/to the beach was not super accessible (esp for those w handicaps/disabilities), and no blankets in the condo. The condo itself was very nice and clean and good for our needs overall.

The condo was very nice! The sink and shower in the bunk room took forever to drain. I got a text offering a discount to stay an additional night but when I texted back asking what the rate was, I never received a response. We had a negative encounter with one of the security guards. Would stay at this condo again.

Thank you for the 4-star review and for staying with Liquid Life. I’m glad the condo was very nice and that you would stay here again. I’m sorry the bunk room sink and shower drained slowly — that’s not the experience we want. We’ve passed this to maintenance to inspect and clear the drains. I also apologize for the unanswered message about the additional-night rate; we’ll review our messaging process to prevent missed replies. Finally, I’m sorry you had a negative encounter with a security guard — your feedback has been shared with our security and operations teams so they can address it. Thank you for letting us know, and we hope to welcome you back.
