We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Eric was very accommodating and checked on us to make sure everything was going well for us. The sunrises were amazing!

What a view! So enjoyed sitting on the deck and viewing the ocean, mountains, colors of the leaves, ships, boats and wildlife. Very comfortable stay with all amenities included. Eric was so quick to respond to any questions.

Secluded property. Nice view of ocean and coast line. One shower very small if you are a bigger frame person. Overall nice place Clean…. .. somewhat rustic: vintage in decor. Eric extremely responsive. I would stay again.

What an incredible property. The only spoiler is that once you're there, it's hard to leave for all the other activities in the area. We did it all, but our favorite thing was sitting by the firepit and watching the sea birds and lobster boats. The house is immaculate and so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed this short stay. We'll book for longer next time.

We enjoyed the beautiful view and peaceful environment. This was a perfect place for our family's visit to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The home was comfortable and had a cool decor. Eric was very helpful and responsive.

Little Edessa was the perfect spot to relax and reconnect with my family. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Gina's paintings added warmth and charm to the home and the American flag adorning the hallway was extra special after learning it's history and what it represents to Eric and his family. We especially enjoyed the beautiful and serene views outside . Ber Harbor and Acadia were only a short ride away and we enjoyed exploring the area and all it's beauty. Eric was a very responsive host and was only a text away to answer any of our questions. I would recommend little Edessa to anyone and hope to come back again in the future.

The house was clean and roomyView and property were excellent. Eric is an outstanding host. Always available for questions or to help. He left very thorough restaurant reviews, area reviews, things to do and see and how the house works. Wonderful relaxing visit !!!

Eric was extremely communicative and made the check in process very easy. The house was very clean, welcoming, and well stocked with all the necessities and then some. Views from the house and property were absolutely stunning!! The location was decent with wonderful eateries nearby and Bar Harbor about 25 minutes away. This is hard to beat!

This house exceeded our expectations in every way. The host, Eric was communicative and attentive. The house was stocked and immaculate. The view was one of a kind and the backyard had our 6 and 10 year old busy for hours. The host left games and things to play with. There is also swings and a little tree house. We enjoyed how it felt like a home with paintings and antiques. The primary suite upstairs was updated and had an even more spectacular view. The beach is nearby to find shells and explore. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful family week at Little Edessa! The home was perfect for our family of 5 (teens and tween!) and was far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to main attractions to truly enjoy the area. Eric was a gracious and responsive host- we highly recommend!

This is a beautiful place to stay! Pictures are very accurate Eric was easy to communicate with! We loved the fact that we were away from the crowd and could just relax at night with nobody around and just enjoy the quiet of the area! Walked the beach, met one of the neighbors, you felt like you were in your own neighborhood. Eric had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! No complaints at all!
