Enjoyed our stay, nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen table and chairs were modern and attractive but not very sturdy. Location was great for Crystal Bridges and downtown area.

the furniture was cheap and uncomfortable, it felt like the owner was providing bare minimum. kitchen was the same, very cheap and sparsly equipped including junk skillets. Electric was sketchy, upstairs/downstairs light switches were wired wrong and didn't work as intended, along with a switch for the dishwasher, wifi was extremely slow. check in instructions we're not timely and could've been handled much better. Extremely predatory with threats for 200/for every ten minutes you're late leaving. changing/adding rules such as taking a picture of the remote and then threatening me with a 200 penalty. this was not in the contract. So the property meets minimum requirements but I'd never use someone like them again. Held my security deposit for almost two weeks. Vacationer people beware. Neighborhoid was cheap and run down kinda like the apartment we rented.

Host was welcoming and attentive to messages and questions. Overall a good stay, beds were comfortable and apartment was clean. The kitchen was a little lacking in supplies, there were few utensils such as forks, spoons etc. There were plenty of pots/pans. However there were no cooking sheets or any baking supplies in order to use the oven for cooking. We also could not seems to get the microwave to work or turn on. Overall a nice weekend getaway!

Pros:We really liked the convenient location to downtown Bentonville and the bike trail. The decor was simple but sufficient. There were extra towels if needed, and the beds and couches were comfortable. Cons:There is only one full bathroom, so showering and getting ready each day took some planning among the six of us. Also, when we arrived, we had to wipe down the seats on both toilets in the townhouse, as they both were not cleaned properly. The owner was responsive in saying they would talk to the cleaners but no other accommodation was made for us in response to that glaring problem.

Our stay was okay. This is a remodeled, but old, townhome that’s in moderate condition. The neighbors who lived next to this unit were loud and disruptive until well past midnight, outside yelling and causing a fuss each night we stayed. The area itself is nice and convenient, but the home was only okay. The furniture and appliances and such were all as cheap as can be. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows might as well have been rocks. Everything was just so cheaply done - paper-thin towels and sheets, watered-down soap, 1 ply toilet paper, no tissues, horribly dirty and cheap pans in the kitchen, plastic furniture, etc. Only 5 bath towels and 2 wash cloths TOTAL were provided for our 5 person stay. The microwave didn’t open, and we asked the host about it on day 1. But never received any help with it. It just felt cold, impersonal, and as cheap as it possibly could be. We would not stay again.
