Summary:
Welcome to Pedal Inn 7, where you can pedal across the street to The Momentary, 8th Street Market or hit the trails with your bike or pet. You have this whole house to yourself and YES, we are DOG friendly! Approved pets are welcome with a pet fee per pet of $30/night. We offer a kennel, water/food bowls and a privacy fenced backyard for your furbaby. 3 bedrooms: King, queen and 2 twins. 2 full baths. Full size washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. ATTACHED GARAGE for bike storage! High speed internet. 2 smart TV's. Quick access to I-49.

The Space:
Spacious home in the heart of Bentonville. WIFI and 2 smart TV's to watch your own apps. Split bedroom plan with an open living area. 3 bedrooms (king, queen & 2 twin beds) & 2 full baths. The home is stocked with everything you need to make meals, from silverware to frying pans and everything in between. There is a garage to store your bikes and a water hose to wash them off after you're done riding for the day!

Guest Access:
The house is located on a quiet cul de sac. You can park your car in the driveway and walk or bike almost anywhere downtown.

The Neighborhood:
The house sits on a small cul de sac which is located across the street from The Momentary, 8th Street Market and walking/biking trails. 5 minutes from Downtown Bentonville. 3 minutes to I-49. House backs up to Thaden School storage units and parking lot.

Getting Around:
Driveway to park your car and ride your bike everywhere.

Other Things to Note:
Pets welcome with a $30 per pet per night fee. Pets must stay off furniture and be crated while you are gone.

The house was everything listed. Excellent stay. Neighbors car a little noisy one night but certainly understandable given a 6 week stay. Would stay again!

Great Stay

We loved this adorable house in bentonville. Super close to everything in town we wanted to explore. Super clean and fully stocked!!

The house was perfect for what we needed. Fenced in backyard for our dogs. Super close to several of the places we like to hang while we're up there (Brother's BBQ, Meteor Cafe, Table on 6th, etc.). And walking distance to the square for all the stuff there. We were able to roll out of the house and get to trailheads easily (Slaughter Pen and Coler, particularly). Will definitely be back to this one.

Great location

We have stayed here before and just love the location! The place is clean, comfortable, and has a lot of room. We love that we can walk/ride to the square, Crystal Bridges, and the Momentary.

The stay was very nice and everything provided. The garage use for our bikes was good. The access to there bike paths was perfect for our main purpose of riding.

Family Time

Property accommodated all of our needs and our guests as they came to visit while we're in town. The rooms were a nice size and the entire property was extremely clean.

This pet-friendly property provided a good enough stay for our family of 5. The pictures provided did not exactly match the reality, and that was a bit disappointing, especially as we paid a Spring Break premium price. Communication with the host was easy, and the check-in/out process was a breeze. We would stay here again for a lower price and more realistic expectations.

Wonderful

This property is in a great location! We were able to bike and walk wherever we wanted to go. We were lucky in that there was a music festival across the street, so we sat on the front porch, ate supper and listened to the music.The house was very clean and dog friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay in Bentonville

Had a great stay while in Bentonville for the Big Sugar gravel race! This is my 2nd stay in one of Lisa's Pedal Inn properties. The location of the house is great-right across from the momentary and an easy walk into town. The house was very well stocked and the large garage very welcome for storing all of our bikes. Lisa was as always very responsive to any questions. Looking forward to another stay in the future!

Pedal Inn 7

This was a great house in a great, quiet, little cul de sac. It was really close to everything we were doing. This house was the most completely stocked place we have ever rented. The rental process was super easy and Lisa was very helpful. We hope to stay here again the next time we come to Bentonville to visit our daughter. Thanks!

The host was great and communication was smooth. We have stayed multiple places in Bentonville and the location of the home is fantastic . The house had everything we needed and was accommodating. The problem we had was with the cleanliness of the home. The master shower had some hairs in it and there was a cleaning brush behind the bathroom door. There was also a lot of ants outside and by the end of day four we noticed some inside. All of the pictures on the wall were also crooked. Which isn’t a big deal but it felt like no one had looked at the home before we showed up. It could also used to have some minor things fixed. In the bathrooms 3 of 4 towel hooks are ripping off the wall as well as other minor patch jobs. For the price we would have liked more attention to detail.
