Great Condo & Great Service

We had a great experience! The website was very easy to use, the price was fair, and the communication was excellent. Everything was explained clearly, and the condo was just as described in the listing. I also had to call maintenance during our stay, and they responded right away and took care of it quickly. We really appreciated how easy and stress-free Book that Condo service was. One thing is worth mentioning, the resort is packed of people of all ages. There were lots of drinking and smoking around us. Some days we couldn't enjoy the balcony as the smell of smoking was unbearable. That part did bother us a lot as we had little kids. There's still constructions going on but that didn't bother us. Overall, we had a great vacation!

Absolutely loved our stay here, we even extended our reservation a couple days!! 10/10 would re-book

Great location with direct access to the beach!

We stayed at this property for my bach and it was amazing! You have direct access to the beach and this hotel has a huge pool area with a bar and mini restaurant. My bridal party and I really enjoyed our say there!

Nice Condi and view

Perfect place

Perfect place to stay. The only complaints that I’d have are, SLOW elevators and there was a sewage smell in our condo.

Spring break

Loved the property, the internet didn’t work hardly at all but the unit was super clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Spring break

Book that condo was super easy to work with and Ashley was always helpful making the check in process very easy. She was super friendly due a busy check in time! The Shores of Panama was a great stay. We had a blast, loved the pool and easy access to the beach! And we loved staying right next to Pineapple Willie's and a quick walk to some shops.

Great place to stay

We loved the place, clean and spacious, specially loved that all the bedrooms have bathrooms. It’s close to everything, very nice beach and pool. There’s always securities in the facility.The elevator was slow but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall the place is conveniently located for beach, fun, restaurants, and stores.

Parking is awful.

Parking is absolutely awful. If check-in time is 4-6 then the condo should be ready by 4pm. Reserved parking should be done away with. Elevator usage was terrible. Need more elevators. Condo is really nice. Pool was nice along with beach access.

The property was full of roaches , this was logged with the maintenance person. Also elevatoe service was wasily 30 to 45 minutes everytime you needed one. The propertt overall was not well maintained, lights out everywhere, dirty.

Nice Condo

We had a great time and the condo was perfect for everyone. Our only complaint was the elevator situation. It sometimes took a bit.

August 2017 Stay

the condo was gorgeous. and the pool was fabulous and the beach view was so gorgeous . our kids and grandkids loved it so much they cry wen we had to leave. we will definitely be returning here again soon. thank you for a wonderful stay. !!! thanks the Hester family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience. Condo was clean and well equipped. Missing mitts for stove and the dryer never shuts off unless you turn it off but overall great experience.

Great Room

Reviewer Comments: had i great time, but was upset that we had to pay for the pool and even to have beach access, the mixer did not work, and they were working on elvators the whole time, but overall had a great time and loved the decor of the condo

Pro. On the beach, 3 bathrooms.Cons. HORRIBLE parking,(tight spaces)The parking situation was so bad, that we decided it wasn’t worth dealing with the parking so we had food delivered and then walked to a local restaurant.Thankfully, we only stayed 2 nights.The condo has a bug problem.The only bed that was half decent was in the master bedroom.Had to pay an additional 97.00 resort fee for parking pass and wrist bands. That didn’t even include beach chairs.

FAMILY VACATION

OVERALL UNIT WAS COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ACCROSS THE STREET FROM WAL MART. UNIT HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. WE COULD HAVE USED A BIGGER TABLE FOR EIGHT PEOPLE BUT THAT IS NOT A DEAL BREAKER SINCE THERE IS ROOM AT THE KITCHEN BAR
