This property was perfect for our needs. We loved that there were two bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the pull out sleeper sofa was perfect for our grandson to sleep on. It was awesome to have secure parking as well. Communication with our host was excellent. I would recommend this property to other people.

This is a great unit with a convenient location. Check in was easy with ample instructions. Parking was convenient and practical as well. We appreciated seeing a list of useful numbers, check out procedures clearly listed in frames in the unit. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and fully stocked with wash and shampoo. The beds were very clean and beautifully made. All bedding and towels were new. The unit is very quiet. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood walkable to coffee shops and multiple restaurants. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

We booked this cute little two bedroom apartment in Encino as it seemed to be exactly what we were looking for to celebrate both of our daughter's graduations (high school & college). The apartment itself has the perfect set-up; two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms separated by the living room, dining room & kitchen. This gave my wife & I needed privacy and kept us all from fighting over a bathroom.The location in Encino is right off of Ventura Blvd and minutes away from the 110 to give quick access to many of LAs attractions.We used our 4-night stay to hit as many high points of LA as possible.Some of the highlights of our trip included the Santa Monica Pier, Pepperdine University, Malibu Pier, Malibu Canyon, Hollywood Blvd, Mulholland Drive, Laurel Canyon, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Melrose for thrifting & the pink wall, Chinatown, The Broad museum (which was excellent), Hollywood Sign viewing from the park below, Griffith Observatory, Venice Beach & Canals, El Matador beach, Getty Villa and Marina Del Rey. There was lots of driving & lots of traffic to deal with, but if you plan accordingly, it is very managable. We did not do any theme parks, but the Encino location is very close to the Universal theme park. Disney or Knott's Berry Farm might be a bit too much of a commute from there.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Encino as it provided the perfect jumping off point for my family for our LA adventures. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay and would stay here again. The place was exactly as pictured and was clean when we arrived. Check-in was easy and seamless, and the host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.We especially appreciated the assigned garage parking space, which made everything much more convenient and took the stress out of finding parking. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and well located, with several restaurants, stores, and other amenities just a short distance away.Overall, this was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
