There was definitely an ocean front. Owner text back promptly. The only thing was we couldn't use the bar....but we had access to the kaorke club n pools...

The room could have been cleaner. I found children's rubber bands for their hair on the floor. The stove was not clean, curtains were not fixed correctly, floor was not clean, fridge was messed up on the bottom seal. Very disappointed that I couldn't even do my laundry after one of the amenities listed was laundry. That needs fixed on your site. The hotel was very nice and clean. I have pictures if you would like but I will not put them here.

We couldn't use anything at the resort except the pools, not even the laundry which was advertised we would have. Check in was horrible, we were told we could do everything at arrival, went to the big fish office he didn't know what we were talking about and sent us to the resort to check in. At the resort they told us we booked with virbo and they couldn't help us. So we had to register online

The building, pool, and the beach were clean and great however, the room needs some attention, especially in the bathroom all in all I would go back

The beachfront views were amazing!! The condo was roomy and clean. The only problem we had was the bedroom tv went offline and we couldn't access the apps on the tv. I sent a message and they sent maintenance to fix it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and hopefully can stay again next year.

We lived the location, but because it was a privately owned unit in a part of a larger Resort, there was quite a bit of confusion on check-in and other processes. There were also way too many emails prior to arriving and some of those emails contained information that was not accurate or up to date. Otherwise, it was a nice vacation spot!

Checkin is easy and well communicated. A few small problems after getting in the room, but nothing major. Small amount of plumbers putty in the floor in the bathroom sink area, tub not the cleanest with the same putty on the right side in the middle. Dinning room table was wobbling to the extent we didnt use it in fear it would break. TVs, i had difficulty getting to live TV especially in the bedroom.

Do not be fooled by Big fish rentals, at coral beach you can not pay to do any of the amenities although they have guest pictures of the bowling alley, arcade, Starbucks, etc. on their vacation listings. The employees at coral beach refused to serve my family with any of these things because we rented through big fish rentals. I 100% do NOT recommend booking with them. It was a big let down for my family. My kids looked forward to participating in all the amenities but they refused to take our money for them. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. If you stay at coral beach make sure you book through them directly not through anyone else who may have units there. What a joke. Big fish you should be ashamed of yourself for leading my family on by the booking listing on vrbo. Huge disappointment!

Over all satisfied, but our major problem was the parking. My family has to use 2 separate vehicles, we are both mothers with children. Our unit only allowed one vehicle per unit, and we had to park our other vehicle on the street at metered parking. The parking was expensive and was not planned so it took funds away from our vacation budget. Not only that, but South Ocean Blvd is a little more of a "rough area" there were individuals on the street who did not look safe that we had to load and unload our vehicle in front of. It made us very uncomfortable, and unsafe being that we were just 2 single mothers with our 5 daughters. Other than that we did enjoy the resort, and would love to return if the parking policy can be changed.
