Family vacation Michigan City July 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location for everything except for Lake Michigan access. Across from Central Park added to cottage & neighborhood tranquility. Especially enjoyed both front porches and the four seasons room.Very little cabinet space to store all our groceries we brought.

4/10 Mala

Disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd year my group of friends has used this home at Beachwalk for our retreat. It has always been a lovely experience and served us well. This year it was disappointingly dirty. I realize at the end of the season there is considerable wear-and-tear on the house, but this was just plain dirty and unkept! We had to empty the small vacuum canister as we cleaned after ourselves and the person doing that chore gagged. Without a doubt, we left the home better than we found it! Unsure if we will rent this home again!

Great House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cosy's Corner was the perfect vacation home for our family. We hosted our two grown children with their spouses and four grands five and under. One block directed off the pool/Lake Kia/beach concession made it super easy to walk with the wagons without the need for a golf cart. The park right across the street was great for evening play, tee ball, and soccer. Walkable to the play ground equip. and even Lake Michigan. The house was perfect especially the large family room off the kitchen. We spent most all our time there and on the front porch. The back area is lovely and would have been great if it had not been so hot. Overall just the best week!
