If you want access to pool/fitness center it is $10/day/person AND I have to get all names at time of BOOKING. The fee will be paid to wintergreen at time of use and is subject to change/Wintergreen.

Updated condo, Perfect for skiing or sitting by the fire reading a book. King bed with attached bath, Queen bed with bath across hall and 4 twin beds in upstairs bedroom with attached updated steam shower. I just put in new hardwood floors in whole condo and freshly painted. Ski lift and town is steps from Condo. There are 2 large tv's in main room so everyone in condo can watch a favorite sporting event or tv. I have all cable channels and high speed internet.

This was perfect to ski in and ski out with the family. The view is unbelievable. Everything was there that we needed to make it an easy and enjoyable trip!

Fantastic rental

Awesome location with beautiful sunrise to watch off the balcony. Property was very clean and close to some very good winery. Easy access from condo to the resort restaurants and other activities on the mountain.

Relaxing stay with amazing views

Our group of 6 had a wonderful time at the Dobie Condo. The checkin process was easy and exactly as described in the messaging. The home had everything we needed for our stay. The highlight was the view and the games

Quick little get away!

Such a cozy and comfy stay. Jodi was so accommodating and we will return! Easy access to Wintergreen resort, shops and restaurants. And just a short walk to slops.

Very nice place

Very nice condo. Could use some upside in the master bathroom as it looks a bit dated. Property was very clean and a fun drive up the mountain. Great views of the Shenandoah Valley and close to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Ski weekend

Great family ski trip. Great location adjacent to slopes. Beautiful views from property. Property was well stocked and comfortable for our family. Hope we can stay again in the future.

When we are up there, our condo is the hang out place for the mountain. Lots of memorable lunches and hanging with friends. I am so glad that you could use it.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Can't say enough about the great location ... but also just as good is the condo! Very clean, neat, fun place to stay for me and my young adult kids and friends. We laughed, played lots of board games available at the condo, watched people at the terrain park (also just outside the window and deck), and we able to walk everywhere! Very much worth every penny! Will look to stay here again!

My husband grew up learning to ski at Wintergreen and he wanted a place for our kids to do the same. We live 45 minutes away and will ski every chance we get, when we can't use the Condo, we want to rent it out so others can..

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We wanted something ski in ski out so we don't have to deal with driving the kids to the lift. Parking is a nightmare and I didn't want to be the shuttle. I don't ski so I build a fire and read all day and can look out the window and see the kids skiing. We are close enough that the kids can come back for soup and sandwiches or just a cup of cocoa to warm up and you aren't spending a bunch of money on just ok food. At night time you can walk to The Edge and not worry about driving home or taking the shuttle. I like that you can park your car and not get in it until you are ready to go home. I like that you can build a real fire and create great family memories. The real reason we chose this property is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
